I really love the Primrose Heritage school because of the teachers. We started our daughter there at 10 weeks old and there’s a notable difference in her milestones due to the teachers extensive war in the classroom and their compassion for the field.
Both of my children have thrived while at primrose. I love the curriculum as well as all of the teachers and staff. They all seem to really care about the kiddos.
All of the teachers and administration are extremely kind and empathetic. They do a great job of communicating with parents and keeping families informed of everything they do to make Primrose Heritage the best it can possibly be. We have absolutely loved watching our children thrive and develop, both cognitively and socially, and are extremely pleased with how well they prepare children for kindergarten and beyond.
We have had a wonderful experience with our 3 kids at Primrose. It has been so fun to watch them grow and learn so much from the amazing teachers. We appreciate the love and care our kids get from each and every teacher/staff member. Thank you!
My son has learned a lot going to Primrose in just the last year, and the methods of teaching are great. The teachers are pleasant to work with and the engagement is wonderful. The tuition is a bit steep in comparison to other daycares in the area.
Primrose has exceeded our expectations in every way. We transferred my daughter from another Wake Forest daycare and noticed an improvement in her development almost immediately. Miss Lee & Miss Zimmerman have been patient, thorough, and engaging in ways I didn’t realize my daughter needed! Her speech is more clear, she’s writing her own name, she has mastered the alphabet/colors/shapes, and her social skills are at an all time high. There’s nothing better than a child who loves to go to school each morning and is in a great mood each day at pickup. I could t be happier with Primrose Wake Forest!
My daughter has had some really great teachers so far. All are unique and all have created a good learning environment for her. The communication from the front desk is just enough, not too much, not too little. I like the events that are put on. Two things that I wouldn't take any points off for, but that would make it even better for me specifically would be (1) more organic, unprocessed fresh foods and (2) no uniforms. I know (2) is known as a Primrose sanctioned rule, but North Raleigh doesn't have them so there is some sort of way out :). Thank you for everything!
Great communication, staff, curriculum, security. The facility is clean-my child has been sick less since moving here than ever before. There are always activities planned that are above and beyond, just because they love the kids and families.
The warmth and friendliness of the teachers make such a positive impact on my daughter's experience each day. It’s reassuring to know that she is in a safe and caring environment, and I truly appreciate the honesty in reporting any events or concerns. The prompt feedback through the app is also something I value highly, as it helps me stay connected and informed.
I also love the seasonal events you organize — they bring a wonderful sense of community and fun throughout the year.
One area where I feel there could be improvement is in the food offerings. I would love to see more whole foods and options with no added sugar. For example, cereals like Kix and other processed snacks could be replaced with more nutrient-dense choices.
Thank you again for all your hard work and dedication. It means a lot to know my child is learning and growing in such a positive place.
Warm regards,
