My daughter has had some really great teachers so far. All are unique and all have created a good learning environment for her. The communication from the front desk is just enough, not too much, not too little. I like the events that are put on. Two things that I wouldn't take any points off for, but that would make it even better for me specifically would be (1) more organic, unprocessed fresh foods and (2) no uniforms. I know (2) is known as a Primrose sanctioned rule, but North Raleigh doesn't have them so there is some sort of way out :). Thank you for everything!

Great communication, staff, curriculum, security. The facility is clean-my child has been sick less since moving here than ever before. There are always activities planned that are above and beyond, just because they love the kids and families.

The warmth and friendliness of the teachers make such a positive impact on my daughter's experience each day. It’s reassuring to know that she is in a safe and caring environment, and I truly appreciate the honesty in reporting any events or concerns. The prompt feedback through the app is also something I value highly, as it helps me stay connected and informed. I also love the seasonal events you organize — they bring a wonderful sense of community and fun throughout the year. One area where I feel there could be improvement is in the food offerings. I would love to see more whole foods and options with no added sugar. For example, cereals like Kix and other processed snacks could be replaced with more nutrient-dense choices. We have really enjoyed our son's time at Primrose. The teachers and staff are fantastic, and the communication and attention to detail have made such a difference in his preschool experience. The family involvement in holidays and events around the school have also been a great part of creating a sense of community.

Primrose has been excellent for our daughter. We transferred from another school where we felt like she was falling behind. However, because of Primrose, she has made enormous strides all around. Primrose is very organized, and systematic and creates a plan where kids can thrive! The number 1 thing that brought us to the school was the number of years the teachers have been with Primrose at this location. We have teachers with 10, 15, and 20 years at this single location. For us, this means, steady and consistent education from teachers with experience and we believe our daughter's progress is a result of this. We have been accepted into the school with open arms and our daughter couldn't be happier at her new school!

We made the switch from another local 5-star facility and it was the BEST decision we could have made for our child. In just over one month her handwriting had improved, people are comment on how much more she is articulating her words, and she loves going into “school” every day. THANK YOU Miss Zimmerman, Miss Lee, and the management. You’ve truly made a difference in our daughter’s development!

We love the people! The teachers are caring and compassionate. They communicate well between school and home. They make learning fun and exciting for the students. The office staff are always helpful and supportive. It’s a great environment not just for the children but the family.

My husband and I have been very happy with our experience at Primrose of Heritage Wake Forest. When we moved to this area, we enrolled our son at a neighboring daycare but after touring most of the options in our town, Primrose stood out as the best choice most importantly due to the consistency of care. Our son loves his teachers and friends. As parents, we feel a sense of security in Primrose. Overall, we would highly recommend it to other parents.

We continue to have a great experience with our Primrose team! The school is clean, staff are friendly and take the time to get to know each child. The teachers are engaged and we get lots of updates on what the kids are learning, which makes it easy to help reinforce this at home. I’m impressed with not just the academics, but the attention that is placed on character development. I know that they are invested with me in making sure my kiddo develops into a healthy, happy, caring human.
