We have had a truly wonderful experience with Primrose, and we feel very fortunate that our daughter Eva is able to attend such a thoughtful and well-run daycare. From the very beginning, we were struck by how seriously Primrose takes safety and structure. The staff consistently adheres to clear safety standards, communicates policies transparently, and creates an environment that feels both secure and calm. As parents, that sense of trust is invaluable. Just as important, though, is the warmth. The teachers and staff are genuinely friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Eva is greeted by name, treated as an individual, and cared for in a way that feels personal rather than routine. It’s obvious that the caregivers truly enjoy working with children and take pride in what they do. We also deeply appreciate the communication. Whether it’s updates about daily activities, developmental milestones, or timely notifications regarding illnesses or health concerns, Primrose does an excellent job keeping parents informed. At the same time, they are just as proactive about sharing the good moments—small wins, happy interactions, and the things that make us feel connected to Eva’s day even when we’re not there. The events and activities organized by Primrose further reinforce the sense of community. They feel thoughtful, well-planned, and centered on creating positive experiences for both the children and the families. Overall, Primrose has consistently demonstrated that they care deeply about the well-being, growth, and happiness of the children in their care. Our experience with Eva has been so positive that we sincerely hope to enroll our son, Joseph, at Primrose as well when possible. We are very grateful for the environment Primrose provides and would enthusiastically recommend them to other families.

All of the Primrose staff have been truly amazing. Being able to fully trust others with the care and safety of your children is priceless, and my family is deeply grateful for the exceptional care we’ve received while attending Primrose. We have loved the transition to Primrose. There is so much more structure and we are very happy with everyone at the school from admin to the float teachers. This has been a great experience.

We enrolled our son at Primrose School when he turned three, and he absolutely loves it! Ms. Lee and Ms. Shelby are wonderful — they take such good care of the kids and create a warm, nurturing environment. Our son used to be hesitant about going to school, but now he looks forward to it every day. He’s learning so many great things and comes home excited to share what he’s done. The teachers are compassionate, attentive, and always keep us updated on his progress. We’re so grateful for how much fun and joy they bring to learning!

Primrose has been a wonderful home-base for our daughter, Eva. They run on clear processes, take protection and safety seriously, and communicate promptly through the messaging app, no guesswork for parents. The classrooms feel calm, clean, and purposeful, and the teachers are consistently kind and attentive. We’re very happy here.

I really love the Primrose Heritage school because of the teachers. We started our daughter there at 10 weeks old and there’s a notable difference in her milestones due to the teachers extensive war in the classroom and their compassion for the field.

All of the teachers and administration are extremely kind and empathetic. They do a great job of communicating with parents and keeping families informed of everything they do to make Primrose Heritage the best it can possibly be. We have absolutely loved watching our children thrive and develop, both cognitively and socially, and are extremely pleased with how well they prepare children for kindergarten and beyond.
