We have loved our time with Primrose Highland Village so far! They are truly an amazing bunch. The ladies in the front office are very nice, and know everyone’s names and faces. They are very on top of things too. I really appreciate that they take temperatures every morning at check in. My baby has been in the infant room since he was 8 weeks and he absolutely loves it. His face lights up every time he sees his teachers. I feel so thankful that I get such a great group to not only watch over my sweet boy but to teach him and love him. He really is thriving here at Primrose Highland Village.

We absolutely love Mrs. Ghattas and how welcoming she is to our child. She goes above and beyond to have fun filled days for the kids. My child looks forward to going and is sad when he has to be picked up early.

I cannot say enough about this school, the educators, the administrators, and everyone else who makes it run and run so well. Everyone is kind, knows you and your child's name and remembers things you tell them about your personal life events. The ones you thought you just said in passing, that they actually listen to and check in on. I'm met with a smile and a story about my children almost daily. They truly pay attention and care enough to tell you when they see you. I know my children are safe and loved, not to mention they both love to be there. No tears, just rushing down the hall to their class or for my baby, reaching out to her teacher at drop off. The amount of care, the thoughtful lessons, the values, the celebration of cultures and inclusivity they instill in our kids is beyond anything I could have ever asked for. They also take care of us parents through little events to celebrate us. I'm tearing up writing this because that is how much each and every one of them mean to our family. I will be sad to say goodbye to such wonderful people when they are off to "big kid" school. Thankfully that's quite a few years away.

Love Primrose. I moved 2 hours away from all of my family, I was so nervous to find a school/daycare I could trust but Primrose has exceeded my expectations. I don’t have to worry when I drop off my daughter, I trust the staff and I know she is in good hands. She has made new friends and she loves her teachers. I would highly recommend Primrose Highland Village!

From the admin staff, owner, teachers, chef and everyone in between, the caliber is top-notch. They know your name, kids names, sometimes even your sign-in number by heart. They know what’s going on with your family, genuinely care about your lives and they love these children like their own. They thoughtfully plan fun activities, special guests and events to celebrate parents and holidays to make memorable moments. They track everything, send beautiful photos of our kids, notate everything so you get an hour to hour update on your child. I will never recommend anywhere else for someone looking to find a safe, soft, welcoming and joyful place for their most beloved tiny human in their lives. Thank you!

Absolutely everything at this school is perfection. From the front office, the teachers, the school chef and anyone in between, they are all top notch. I’m always welcomed by name, they adore my children and everyone who attends. They have awesome events and parent nights out. I cannot say enough. I’m going to actually be very sad when they age out and head off to grade school. Forever a part of the Primrose family!
