From the admin staff, owner, teachers, chef and everyone in between, the caliber is top-notch. They know your name, kids names, sometimes even your sign-in number by heart. They know what’s going on with your family, genuinely care about your lives and they love these children like their own. They thoughtfully plan fun activities, special guests and events to celebrate parents and holidays to make memorable moments. They track everything, send beautiful photos of our kids, notate everything so you get an hour to hour update on your child. I will never recommend anywhere else for someone looking to find a safe, soft, welcoming and joyful place for their most beloved tiny human in their lives. Thank you!

Our experience at Primrose School of Highland Village has been nothing short of exceptional. The teachers and support staff go above and beyond to create a high-quality, rigorous learning environment that has truly set our child up for success. Thanks to their dedication, our child is more than ready for 1st grade—his reading and math abilities have grown by leaps and bounds!
The school's strong curriculum, small class sizes, and thoughtful differentiation ensure that every child receives the support they need to thrive. Beyond academics, Primrose fosters a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes learning exciting and fun. Our child genuinely loves coming to school every day, which speaks volumes about the positive environment they’ve created.
We are so grateful for the impact Primrose has had on our child’s early education and would highly recommend it to any family looking for a top-tier learning experience!

Absolutely everything at this school is perfection. From the front office, the teachers, the school chef and anyone in between, they are all top notch. I’m always welcomed by name, they adore my children and everyone who attends. They have awesome events and parent nights out. I cannot say enough. I’m going to actually be very sad when they age out and head off to grade school. Forever a part of the Primrose family!

We have loved our experience at Primrose - Highland Village! The staff is always so friendly and helpful. I love receiving recaps and photos throughout the day of what they are learning, along with updates on naps and mealtime. I feel very safe bringing my son to Primrose and know is in good hands when he is there. My son looks forward to going to school and has made lots of new friends. We enjoy looking at the daily photos together at the end of the day - he gets excited when telling me stories about what they did throughout the day.
Primrose has done a wonderful job helping my son with social, behavioral, and intellectual learning. His gross and fine motor skills have improved, along with his critical thinking. He loves his teachers and friends at Primrose, and I would highly recommend the school to anyone looking for a preschool they can trust!

We have both of our children (4yrs, 2yrs) enrolled at Primrose Highland Village. Words fall short in describing how HAPPY we are at this school - thanks to Mrs. Ghattas and her wonderful Team!!!
From day one, their unwavering commitment to the well-being and development of our children has been remarkable. The entire team (staff) here is more than just caregivers—they are truly dedicated to providing a loving, supportive environment where every (!) child can thrive. The level of care and attention our children receive here is extraordinary. The teachers take the time to really understand each child’s unique personality, needs, and strengths. Their genuine joy & love radiates from every interaction, whether it’s a warm greeting in the morning or the way they comfort and care for our kids when they need it most.
Communication is another area where Mrs. Ghattas & her team shine. We always feel heard, informed & involved in our children's day-to-day at the school. They go the extra mile to keep us updated with progress reports, photos, and thoughtful insights into their growth.
Most importantly, our children LOVE (!) it here. They come home happy, excited to share their day with their little friends and teachers (!), and we can truly see how much they are thriving.
The genuine care, love, and commitment at Primrose Highland Village are extremely rare, and we are beyond grateful to have found a place that treats us and our children like family.
If you're looking for a daycare that truly cares, this is the one.

I highly recommend Primrose Highland Village for any family looking for a nurturing and safe environment for their toddler. Great all around. The curriculum focused approach they utilize is amazing for early childhood development. Additionally, the staff (from aides all the way to the owner) truly care about the well being of kids and seem to love their job. The place has a warm, familial vibe and they do a great job of including families in everything they do. I couldn't recommend this place to families enough.
