We have loved every teacher our daughter has had. I always feel safe leaving her at the facility. The administration listens and responds appropriately to issues or concerns. We absolutely LOVE Primrose Hilburn and feel so lucky to have them as a part of our village.

Our family loves Primrose! The staff at the front of the house is friendly and always available for a quick chat, as well as responsive to emails. More importantly, the teachers are so sweet. My two kids are excited to go to school each day and are usually greeted with a big hug. I appreciate how apparent it is that they love the kids and they always take a couple of minutes at pick up to tell us about their day. Its so comforting to know that our kids are well loved and taken care of so that we can have peace of mind during our work day. 10/10 recommend!

It is extremely organized. Communication is impressive! I really enjoy how they have a lot of summer activities for the kids.

They have been very easy to work with. Every time our child moves up to a new classroom, the transition has pretty seamless. The teachers have all been good and care deeply about the children.

I am very happy with Primrose of Hilburn. If I had to say one thing I would like to see change at Primrose i would say the lack of credit card payments. I understand fees may need to be added and i am okay with that given there are other benefits to our family, outside of Primrose, that using a credit card would help with.

We’ve been at Primrose for a little over 6 months and I’m so impressed with the teaching and the overall administration of the school. It is so well run and I get the feeling the teachers are happy to work there. I feel like my son is safe and well cared for and is being well prepared for kindergarten through the instruction provided.

The teachers are so kind and have done an excellent job guiding us through our first year as parents. The staff is knowledgeable on milestones and progressions, and keeps us informed of things happening with our child. I know that she is in a safe, caring environment when I drop her off.
