I believe it is very likely that I would recommend this Primrose School. The school environment is truly exceptional, as it excels at both engaging children and fostering a love for learning. Beyond the academic curriculum, one of the things that sets this school apart is its commitment to providing diverse and enriching experiences for the children. Specifically, they go above and beyond by exposing the kids to a wide variety of nutritious and delicious foods, which allows them to broaden their palates, try new things, and develop a lifelong appreciation for good, healthy eating habits.

I can’t say enough how comfortable and confident we have felt from the moment we joined Primrose at Mill Run. Our grandson absolutely thrived in the transitional kindergarten program even after starting late! Our non-traditional family was welcomed by teachers, admin, kids & parents. Sara, McKenzie, Laura, Pam & the whole team go above and beyond every single day! I would recommend this school to any and everyone. And I thank you so much for embracing our family. It means more than we can even say. As excited as we are for the next chapter of Kindergarten, we will all miss the Mill Run team!

My grandchildren have attended Primrose for the past several years. The staff provides a safe, educational environment which implement interactive activities for the kids to enjoy. They have made several friends throughout the years and look forward to going to school each day. I also love the Procare program because it allows me to be a part of their everyday lives. Primrose provides me with a daily synopsis and pictures/videos of them interacting with their friends!

The staff is wonderful. The front staff does an amazing job communicating with parents and making connections with families. The teachers are caring, gentle, and so loving to my kids. The chef is so kind and does an amazing job making things that are healthy and tasty for the kids. I love how accommodating the staff is.

We love the school and our teachers! I would like to see cameras installed in rooms if possible, especially if there is only one teacher in the room and the key codes changed more frequently. I have also heard the complaint from former teachers that their time off is not getting approved and they are leaving the school due to that.

Management is communicative and engaged. Good curriculum. My child is learning a lot, and developing socially and emotionally. The environment is safe. Adequate opportunities for outside playtime when weather permits. Teachers are friendly, though there is higher turnover than we would hope for. Sometimes their communication system crashes, but it is back online within a couple of hours.

We like the curriculum that Primrose uses to teach our daughter and keep them in a learning mindset at an early age. Primrose stands out as a quality environment with good teachers and care givers to ensure the kids get a great school experience. At Mill Run - Sarah and her team have noticeably improved over the summer into this new "school year" and we are impressed. Their efforts to improve with communication has been good as well. Thank you for doing a great job!

Ever since Sara and her team took over the leadership, the school has been amazing. Very active for the kids, many events, constant communication with my wife and me. I feel very comfortable bringing up any need with Sata and team. My son loves going to school and I feel he is always safe and being cared for while at school.
