We like the curriculum that Primrose uses to teach our daughter and keep them in a learning mindset at an early age. Primrose stands out as a quality environment with good teachers and care givers to ensure the kids get a great school experience. At Mill Run - Sarah and her team have noticeably improved over the summer into this new "school year" and we are impressed. Their efforts to improve with communication has been good as well. Thank you for doing a great job!

Ever since Sara and her team took over the leadership, the school has been amazing. Very active for the kids, many events, constant communication with my wife and me. I feel very comfortable bringing up any need with Sata and team. My son loves going to school and I feel he is always safe and being cared for while at school.

The staff do a great job and care about the students. My children have learned a lot in their time at Primrose. The variety in served foods is a nice plus too.

We love the curriculum and the security of our location. We wish there wasn't as much turnover as there seems to be and would love to be told when any of the kids' previous teachers are leaving as we get attached to the teachers and want to be able to wish them well in their next chapter. So far Primrose has seemed to hire great teachers who love our kids well and we appreciate that!

I like how Primrose really takes the time to help the children start to learn their shapes, numbers, colors, etc and all the amount of information they learn preparing for Kindergarten.

We’ve had a wonderful experience with Primrose School of Hilliard Mill Run! One of the things I appreciate most is how attentive and conscientious the staff are when it comes to my child’s allergies. They have clear processes in place to ensure my child’s safety, and it gives me so much peace of mind knowing they take it seriously. The communication is excellent, and I always feel informed and supported. It’s clear that the team truly cares about each child’s well-being. Highly recommend!

We’ve had a wonderful experience with Primrose! One of the things we appreciate most is how consistent and thoughtful they are with updates. It gives us such peace of mind to receive regular messages about our child’s day—whether it’s a quick note about what they ate or how they napped, or just something sweet they did. The photos they send throughout the day are a highlight ! It’s so heartwarming to see our little one engaged in activities, playing with friends, or just smiling during story time. It really helps us feel connected, even while we’re at work.

The curriculum at Primrose is perfect for my kids. My 4 year old is so prepared for kindergarten, and my 1 year old is getting so verbal and social. I love having a place for them to go that I trust to give them the right balance of structure and fun. They are truly part of our village in raising our kids!

There is great communication between the staff, teachers, and parents. My kids enjoy their teachers and their classmates. The curriculum is great, and my child is excelling, even prior to starting formal kindergarten.

Primrose at Mill Run does a fantastic job with the children. I’m always amazed by how much they learn and the meaningful friendships they build while they’re there. The teachers do a wonderful job of teaching manners and ensuring that the children treat each other with respect. The school also offers a great variety of activities that keep the kids engaged and excited. Most importantly, they truly take the time to understand and support each child’s individual needs. We couldn’t be happier with our experience!

The staff at Primrose Mill Run is very friendly, attentive and engaging. Everyone seems to know each and every child and parent by name even those in other classes. And the teachers have a very close and well developed relationship with each child. We love primrose!
