From day one, Primrose of Hillsborough made us feel at ease about our daughter being there three days each week. We were notified promptly of any needs or concerns pertaining to our child. Each event and celebration onsite was well thought out and planned to perfection. We cannot thank the team enough for all they have done in the last year and look forward to another year as a member of the Primrose family.

Primrose has such a warm and welcoming environment from the moment you walk in until you leave for the day. Both of my children 2 & 5 have made tremendous progress during their time at Primrose. They are excited to go to school each day and come home telling us what they did for the day. We would highly recommend Primrose to all of our friends.

We are very happy with Primrose Hillsborough. The staff is so great to work with and are very responsive by phone, email and in the Procare app. I love the curriculum-based activities my child gets to participate in and he comes home having learned things I know I couldn't have taught him myself unless I was homeschooling him. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Primrose Hillsborough. What truly makes this school exceptional is the staff. From the front desk and operations team to the classroom teachers and kitchen staff, everyone plays a part in creating a warm, welcoming, and well-run environment. The care, love, and patience they show the children is evident every single day. As a parent, one of the most important things to me is feeling heard—and the team here genuinely listens. Even more importantly, they follow through. When they say they will do something, they take action. From the first visit of the school till today, Primrose has always not only met but exceeded our expectations. The class rooms are lively and full of learning potential, the staff is lovely, and the school has an excellent nutrition program that ensures that the little minds and bellies are receiving the ultimate nourishment. We cannot recommend it enough!

We absolutely love Primrose! From the minute you walk in there’s a warm welcoming feeling of family. Everyone takes the time to greet you and acknowledge your children. Both of my boys have grown tremendously since starting at Primrose in June of 2024.
