We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Primrose School in Hugo! From day one, the staff has been incredibly kind, attentive, and nurturing—not just to our daughter, but to every child who walks through the door. The facility is always spotless, safe, and thoughtfully organized, creating such a warm and welcoming environment. What really sets them apart is the genuine joy and care they bring to every day. The activities, crafts, and celebrations they plan for the kids are so creative and fun—it’s clear how much love and effort they put into making each day special. Our daughter has absolutely thrived here, and we feel so grateful to be part of such a wonderful community. Thank you for all you do!

All of the staff at the school are welcoming and seem happy to be there, which was really important to us when choosing a school for our daughter. We also felt strongly that the curriculum would best prepare her for kindergarten and also challenge her sufficiently. Our daughter loves her teachers!

We have loved our experience so far at Primrose. Consistency in teachers has been a little tough but we know leadership is working on that. Open communication has been very nice and much appreciated.

We are very impressed with the leadership team (Laura, Danielle, and Tara) and appreciate the stability of the center after bringing these leaders on board. Our kids absolutely love their teachers, and now, with the lower turnover, our daughter seems to be learning at a more accelerated pace. Our kids seem to enjoy all the activities and variety of learning and play. Communication and organization has also greatly improved. For example, posting the teacher's names and pictures by the classroom doors has helped us get to know the staff. We appreciate the frequent messages/emails about things happening in the center and receiving classroom transition letters. In the past, it's been difficult to understand changes from one classroom to another (e.g. dropping down to one nap, cots vs. cribs) so this communication is very helpful. Any time we can get documentation around any of the processes/procedures, it's very beneficial (e.g. even a one-pager on how bottles should be labeled would be helpful!) Overall, we're very happy with Primrose Hugo and are grateful for all the positive changes made since this past Spring!
