What I valued most about my experience at Primrose Schools is the balanced approach to early education. The emphasis on character development alongside academics, as well as the structured curriculum, creates a meaningful learning environment. I also appreciate the collaboration among staff and the strong partnership with families.

We absolutely love our daycare and couldn’t imagine our daughter anywhere else. The teachers are incredibly involved, truly like second parents to our kids. They spend more hours in the day with them than we get to, and it gives me such peace of mind knowing my child is surrounded by people who care for her with their whole hearts. You can feel their love and dedication in everything they do.
The learning curriculum is also second to none. My daughter comes home every day excited to share what she’s learned, and we’re constantly amazed by how much she knows at such a young age. It’s clear that the lessons and activities are thoughtfully planned to build confidence, curiosity, and creativity.
What I love most is how special every day feels, not just for the kids, but for the parents too. The photo and activity updates make us feel like we’re right there experiencing those little moments with them, even when we can’t be. It never feels like we’re missing out; instead, we feel included and connected to our child’s day in the most heartwarming way.
We’re so grateful to be part of this community. It’s more than just a daycare; it’s a family that helps our children grow, learn, and feel loved every single day.

The staff has always been super friendly and accommodating. They always great me by name and treat my son like their son. How do they remember everyone's name?! The curriculum they follow works. My son comes home with new skills everyday. The activities they provide and include the parents in are super fun and help involve the parents in creating memories for the children. The meals seem healthy and they provide substitutions if needed. The facility and grounds are always clean and well maintained. I can't say enough about the team here.

We have (and continue!) to recommend Primrose to friends and other parents we meet! Our child has progressed well at Primrose. We feel that the teachers know her likes and dislikes and are focused on her development and happiness. She enjoys going to school and being with her friends and teachers each day, and it is such a relief for us as parents to know she is in good, capable hands.

We absolutely love primrose! We have had a great experience at primrose and have recommended it to many of our friends. The quality of the teachers, the curriculum, the communication and all of the extra events the school does for the kids and parents make it truly special. We feel so lucky to be a part!

Honestly what I enjoy the most is watching my child grow as a individual as well as a good friend. She learning so many new thing's that cover a multiple areas of development. I do wish they were able to go on nature walks or more feild trips as I believe somethings you learn better through experience done in real time.

I love everything about the primrose experience since joining in 2020 literally two weeks before the world shut down for covid this was the first time my kids were in childcare ever my son 8 months my daughter 4. Both children have thrived and have been successful in elementary school all because of primrose, their balanced learning curriculum, their teachers and the sense of structure and balance it brings to a child’s life. They are now 10 and 6 and I couldn’t be happier. My son has went through the entire program and is currently in explorers for afterschool. I’m grateful for great teachers, their education and a family I’ve grown to love. Yes my children are growing and time is flying but primrose will always be our home.

Primrose School at Huntersville is a best kept secret. The teachers and staff are world class. Their knowledge, experience, and skills in early childhood education are exceptional. Every single staff member lights up for the children and their families, and they show up for them every day. The children are happy and enjoy their daily routines with short impactful lessons and plenty of playtime, lunch and snacks, and a rest period. The building is well maintained, safe, and secure. Great care is taken to create a warm and welcoming environment throughout the building. Seasonal decor and student artwork are displayed proudly up and down the hallways. Communication about upcoming events or policy changes is always sent to families well in advance. Injuries and illnesses are taken seriously and promptly and appropriately communicated to parents. Parents also receive daily updates from teachers via mobile app and the front office handles tuition payments flawlessly.

We love the whole experience. Our son is well cared for, and he genuinely loves being dropped off every day. Everyone there cares for him like their own, and they keep us updated on how he’s doing. They take time to do daily lessons with him, even though he is only 8 months old! We can not say enough good things about Primrose.
