They do a great job here. We had some previous experiences at other daycares that were no where near the level of care they give at Primrose. I am so thankful we found this place - it gives me a lot of peace of mind to know my children are being well cared for while I am at work.

Since we have transitioned to Johnstown Road from the Reynoldsburg location, the experience has been a night and day change. Communication and consistency has been absolutely amazing!

Every single person that works at this primrose truly loves our boys… and they feel like a second family to us!! They are amazing and the day my boys leave primrose… will be a very sad day!

Our daughter Rory has been in the young infants room since February. We love primrose and the staff. Like to especially shout out Miss Tiffany and Miss Kara… we’re so grateful to see how much Rory enjoys seeing them each morning!

Ms. Amy in preK really understood my child. She helped my child address behavior challenges, plus advance academically. My child and ms Amy got support from key people at front desk - all together it is the staff’s caring and expertise in child care that make this primrose special

Primrose is excellent, overall my daughter has had a wonderful experience! We always feel very informed about what’s going on in her classroom, the teachers are incredibly sweet and great to our daughter, and the leadership team is super responsive and friendly. in addition, the menu they offer students is wonderful; always a wide variety of healthy foods, I always feel confident that my daughter. is well taken care of and comes home happy. :) The only thing that I think is an opportunity for this location is longevity of teachers in each classroom. Just when my daughter gets used to a teacher, they leave (usually for another classroom). It has been challenging for my daughter to rotate through so many teachers in only 2 rooms that she’s been in. I totally get it that retention is probably tough in those positions, I just wish there was more consistency. Charisse and team have done an excellent job at this location, it has a great reputation that you should be so proud of. I really appreciate all the love my daughter has gotten at Primrose, I always know she is so well taken care of and never worry when she is under their care.

We love the teachers and the consistency of child care. We trust the teachers and staff with our kids and feel that they are always getting the best care possible. They are attentive to food allergies and always provide good meals. It’s always such a good feeling of knowing your children are loved and well cared for when you drop them off in the morning.
