We found Primrose School of Keller while searching for schools for our daughter who was three y/o at the time. I was getting ready to go back into an office setting for work so we were looking for a safe place where our daughter could learn and grow. I was really nervous about her being away from home for a full work day, wondered how she would handle the change, etc. But the school is fantastic. I was updated regularly in the school app with photos, when she went to sleep at quiet time, when she ate lunch/snacks and the classroom activities they completed for the day. The front office staff and her teachers were wonderful. They were always friendly, honest, patient, good at communicating and took their roles seriously. We were at Primrose for a little over one year. Our girl is now so confident and excited for pre-k at her new school and we give Primrose A LOT of credit for that.

The staff is seriously so kind, the teachers truly care, very clean facility and healthy meal options. As well safety and security and notifying parents promptly if there is sickness or another type of situation. Lastly the arts and crafts you send the kids home with (to me it truly means so much).

It’s a very structured and predictable day for the children, which teaches consistency and routine —critical for kids at that age. The proven curriculum sets them up very well for kindergarten. The administration and staff at this location at EVERY LEVEL are very friendly, happy, caring, sympathetic, empathetic, and truly care about the kids and their success. Primrose has been a wonderful experience for both of our children and I would highly recommend Primrose schools in general, and especially this Keller location at Bear Creek Pkwy & Katy Rd.

The teachers and staff truly make primrose so great! We transferred after a bad experience at another center— and were blown away by how much better Primrose was from the start! We love the curriculum and how well the teachers communicate what is going on through the app, all of the community building extra activities throughout the month, as well as just the extra care and attention that each staff member puts in each interaction.

The consistency of the staff, the turn over is low. The teachers and staff are great know all the children and parents by name. They are also open while other daycares are closed. It's worth the money, the children learn so much.
