We absolutely love our daughter’s teachers in the older infant room!! They are incredibly caring, kind, nurturing and wonderful! The office staff is fantastic, friendly, organized, and supportive as well! We are very happy here :)!
Everything.
My daughter (1) is clearly at ease when we walk in and do hand-off. A sign that she is sincerely well cared for!
The teachers and staff are very communicative, which I love because it helps keep my husband and I fully engaged in her day-to-day.
The staff has been exceptional in accommodating our dietary requests and I’m so impressed with the curriculum and calm, positive environment- every day!
Primrose has been welcoming since the moment we stepped through the doors. Ms. Rivera was excellent at laying out expectations and addressing our concerns when we took our tour. We ultimately enrolled our infant in the program because of the care and knowledge displayed by Ms. Rivera. The principal, teachers, and staff have all been uniform and consistent in their approach to our relationship with the daycare. They take excellent care of my infant and put all of my new mom worries at ease. We love Primrose and can see our child here up until Kindergarten.
Being the first school experience for our child, we were nervous about the transition. Mr. Chacona and Mr. Homesh were truly amazing helping Lucas adjust to the change, and ended up loving school. I could see him grow and learn so much through the year at Primrose. Looking forward to having our 2nd one be with them next year.
Very pleased with the school. My 5 year old just graduated from prek there and he had a great time. I was so impressed I enrolled my baby there as well. I also utilize their before school and afterschool service for my older kids. Staff is very helpful and teachers are very caring and loving!

The Facility: we really liked the facility; it was very clean, well organized, laid out well. We never noticed any issues or thought twice about the facility — and this is a good thing, a testament to how well it is maintained.
The Curriculum: we have two boys that have gone through Primrose, our oldest is now finishing up his first year of Kindergarten and he has done extremely well there. He has thrived and had no problems with any of the material from class; which means he was well-prepared by Primrose for what was yet to come. Our youngest is now about to start Kindergarten and we are not at all worried, knowing that he has been taught all the things he needs to know to be successful.
The Behavior: following up from the above item, our kids are also socially adapted to working and playing with other kids, which has helped in numerous behavioral situations. They are well adjusted and a lot of this has to do with the social interactions and expectations that they had coming up through Primrose.
The People: last, but certainly not least; the reasons we chose Primrose are listed above; the reason we stayed at Primrose are because of the staff. We have met many great individuals over the years, people that we believe genuinely cared (and still care) for our children; the staff is consistently helpful, nice, compassionate and caring. We dropped our two young boys off as babies and many years later our youngest is about to graduate — of all the things we love about Primrose, it’s the people we will miss the most.
Everyone at Primrose - from the administrative staff to the teachers in each and every room - not only take wonderful care of our children but are invested in their emotional development, learning and growth. There is consistent structure and support provided to every single child, enabling them to thrive. We are thrilled to have Primrose as part of our village!
We recently had a meeting with the leadership team to discuss a few concerns we had regarding our son’s experience. We truly appreciated how understanding and receptive they were to our feedback. They listened carefully, addressed our concerns promptly, and took immediate steps to make improvements. We’re grateful for their responsiveness and support. It gives us great peace of mind knowing our son is in such caring hands.
It is a personalized experience. They don’t make you feel like just a number. They have great teachers, and personal, that care and adore your children. The learning experience that my kids had have is amazing. My 3 year old got there without knowing almost anything of English, and know he communicates with anyone in complete sentences(for his age) in English.
