The experience here has been top to bottom excellent. The simple gestures of admin/teachers/staff having smiles and greeting every child by name in the AM starts the day off right. This staff clearly cares and I couldn't say that about our previous daycare. I know my child is in safe and caring hands every single day. The events, school grounds, and learning environment as a whole are top notch. The little things add up here. Small touches like "Cookie Friday" is a fun thing my child looks forward to every week. Having the ability to do extracurricular events like Soccer Shots wasn't offered where we were prior and really help open the scope of what a daycare can do. Thank you ALL for creating such a warm place to be!! We love it here and all the hard work you put in every single day is apparent. We as parents appreciate that, but most importantly our daughter does too.

I had a wonderful experience here. The teachers were very caring, attentive, and always willing to help. The environment was consistently clean and well-maintained, which gave me peace of mind as a parent. The staff was friendly and welcoming every day. Most importantly, my son absolutely loved going there—he was always happy and never had any complaints. I highly recommend this daycare to other families.

Best school on the planet! Raises polite children, challenges them academically, teaches independence. We moved further away but still commute to the school because it’s the best.

The menu is a fantastic variety of healthy foods and encourages a broad palate for littles. The teachers always come across as very caring and the staff is friendly. We love the videos and pictures in the app and the comments from teachers at pick up. There are family events throughout the year to bring parents into the classroom or school and our children are clearly learning so much with the great curriculum and activities every day!

I love how friendly the staff is. Everyone knows my children's names and my kids love their teachers. It is a wonderful environment and I know my children are safe and cared for while I have to be away.

Staff is always warm and friendly to both myself and my daughter. Communication is always prompt and clear. Most importantly my daughter is happy, safe and has learned so much since she has attended Primrose. I’ve referred two other parents whom were having a bad experience at a previous child care center and they are both happy their children are at Primrose.

We love our teachers and the education our kids get, especially moving into Preschool Pathways and Pre-K. We highly recommend Primrose, especially in Lake Wylie. We also had positive experience at Primrose Huntersville.

We have enjoyed our Primrose School of Lake Wylie experience! Our child learned so many skills and is set up for success to enter into kindergarten. The teachers and the administrators are friendly and professional, always keeping the children and what’s best for them top of mind. We will miss them all greatly.
