Friendliness and hard work of teachers and staff. Very professional and extremely eager to engage with us for any concerns we may have. Everyone is very caring and make us as well as our child feel very welcome and comfortable.

Our son has been at Primrose for the past three years, and it’s been a great experience. The staff and teachers are warm, caring, and professional. They truly care about each child’s growth and well-being. We’ve seen our son grow academically, socially, and emotionally. Each teacher he’s had has made a positive impact. Classroom transitions have always been smooth and thoughtful. The school also plans fun events all year, which our son loves. It’s a safe, loving, and supportive place. We’re so grateful to be part of the Primrose family. Thank you for taking such great care of our son!

I liked her last years teachers! They were gentle, kind & patient. Also, they were quick to answer my questions about how she did every day. They were honest & caring. If she had a bad day, they would tell me , also, they encouraged her to try new foods, that helped a lot! She recently changed classes. & I am sure, these teachers, will be just as kind& caring. We are still in the getting to know each other.

The entire staff is super friendly, they always greet you with a smile. You can tell they really care about the children. They have fun activities for the kids all year around and I love all the great things my child learns throughout the year.

My child started going to this school when he was 1.5 years old and since Day 1 I have loved the school, the staff and the administration for their services. The school teachers - Specifically my todd's class teachers - Miss Venkat and Miss Mamidi are so good with kids I cant even tell. Add to that the management - Ms Jenkins and Ms Bias are so warm and friendly that I had no trust issues leaving my child there. Special mention to the education coordinator Ms Merchant because my child started taking her name so soon and has been his favourite forever. Love the fact that it is such a Safe haven for my kiddo. - Juhi Divij Mom

They have done very well looking after my child after school and on days when there is no school. He has made friends through being at Primrose. The staff is helpful and pleasant.

My daughter has been enrolled at Primrose since she was 13 weeks and she is about to turn 5 (started in 2020 at the thick of the COVID pandemic and I work in healthcare). The leadership/admin at this Las Colinas franchise makes a big difference. They take your concerns seriously and will make the necessary changes to make you and your child comfortable without compromising their safety or learning. I actually pulled my son out of a different after school care and enrolled him at this Primrose. The facility is on the older side but they maintain it well.

The staff at Primrose do a great job making you feel at home. They’ve earned my trust and I have recommended this location to many people, including family members. I know the school does a great job when my children have asked me to pick them up a little later 😂

I love the staff and see how well they interact with my son. I like all the personalized attention to him (they know his name) and nice little treats for us parents (cookies, Santa pictures, daily updates). Our son is learning and having fun at school. Thank you Primrose!
