We have been very happy with the teachers, communication, meal options and care for our child. We love getting pictures throughout the day. The teachers have been so helpful helping our child become comfortable with daycare.

We’ve had a really positive experience at Primrose. The teachers are wonderful, the curriculum is thoughtfully designed, and the administrative staff is organized, professional, and responsive. Most importantly, I can really see how much my children are learning and growing, which has been so important to us. The main areas I’d love to see improved are around building more of a parent community. I think things like room parents, more opportunities for parents to connect, and additional family/community events could help create a stronger sense of connection among families. For my daughter specifically, I also wish there were more children in her kindergarten class. This is somewhat unique to our situation, as many children her age are attending public kindergarten and she was impacted by the kindergarten birthday cutoff. A larger class would provide more opportunities for friendships and peer interaction. Overall, we’re very happy with the quality of the teachers, curriculum, and administration, and we feel our kids are getting a great education and being well cared for.

I really love and trust my son's teachers. I never worry about him and can see that he is always calm and content at pick up. I never get a sense of relief at pick up - he is happy to see me but he isn't clamoring for me which makes me feel like he is well cared for and attended to well during the day. Teachers also do a great job communicating, sending cute photos and just overall are fabulous!

Our family has had an amazing experience at Primrose Preschool with all three of our children. From the very beginning, the staff has been incredibly welcoming, caring, and supportive. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing our kids are in a safe, loving, and positive environment every day. The teachers genuinely care about each child’s growth and take the time to help them learn, build confidence, and develop socially. We’ve been so impressed with the educational program—our children have learned so much while still having fun and looking forward to school every day. The communication with families is excellent, and it’s clear that everyone at Primrose truly wants the best for the children. We have seen tremendous growth in all three of our kids, both academically and personally, thanks to the dedication and passion of the entire team. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and highly recommend Primrose Preschool to any family looking for a nurturing, high-quality early education. We had our older two kids at a Primrose out of state and when we moved to Long Grove were so thrilled to have our little one start there. This Primrose lives up to and exceeds expectations. Great teachers, staff, owners, etc. Also, the school is very connected to the community, which we love!

We have had our kids @ Primrose form the age of 5 months to all the way till Kindergarten. Primrose has felt like a close knit community and they do an amazing job with the kids.

I like the community vibe the school created. Staff knows not only my kid's name but also parents. Morning greeting feels so welcome. My kid is shy but the teacher is always so friendly and patient.
