EVERYTHING! From the directors to the teachers everyone made my kids feel loved and safe every single day! You can’t ask for more but Primrose provides the best! So on top of that their curriculum is too notch! My children learned so much and were truly prepared for school! I cannot say enough good things about this school! They will forever be family! Truly grateful!

From the moment we put in our request for information in the Fall of 2020, we could tell that our child would be cared for and loved the same way the owner and leadership team love their own families. Our daughter started at Primrose in March of 2021 in one of the Early Preschool classes and continued on through Kindergarten and now is an Explorer when public school is closed. Every day that she has spent at Primrose has helped her grow to be kind, empathetic and ready for public school. My husband and I know that so much of who she is becoming is thanks to the teachers and team at Primrose. She loves going there as much as we love sending her there. We are so grateful to be part of the Primrose community. We may even be almost annoying about how much we love Primrose, but our love is genuine and true.

The communication from the staff is great!
We like the curriculum and the continuity from classroom to classroom and between other Primrose schools. It made our transition from another Primrose much easier.
The hours are very helpful for us parents who do not work predictable 9-5 jobs.
The menu overall is good but could use some slight improvement to include more variety and healthy, homemade options.

Primrose School is our family. We trust them to help us raise our 2 boys. As a family of educators, we see how their amazing curriculum effects our students. Not only that, all of the staff deeply care for both of our kids. Somehow, every staff member knows both of my children, even though their not their teacher.

So many aspects of the Primrose School experience checked boxes we feel are critical in the molding and shaping of the lives of our children. The structured schedules/curriculum, the variety of activities and opportunities for learning, the social interaction, the love and care our children receive, attentiveness to all the details, the genuine rapport/relationships that are developed, and the transparency of the inner workings of the school. We know that our children are being loved and taught as we would have it each and every day. Thank you all so much for everything you all do every day for our boys.

We appreciate how the staff love and appreciate our children like they are their own! We also really love the focus and attention to learning and the specific lesson plans for our children. My daughter has been around other kids her age who do not attend primrose and there is a marked difference in aptitude, behavior, and kindness between the kids. We believe this is the best setting for our girls and wouldn’t want them to go anywhere else!

Primrose truly cares about the kids. They have the highest safety and cleanliness standards . My little girl has learned so much, she knows letters, colors, shapes, can read some, and she is only 3. The educational standards are top notch. The teachers are loving, caring and kind. It doesn’t get better than Primrose.

Primrose took us in when all other daycare rejected us because of my daughter’s condition. She is diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at 3 yrs old that’s needs a constant monitoring and giving insulin shots. She is at the age she can’t just stay home she needs to go to school make friends and learn. Am a single working mom of two kids I cannot afford to stay home. When primrose owner and director set up a meeting we discussed everything thats needed and expected to be done. They accepted my daughter and because they have never had such a situation before they were willing to learn . My heart was full of tears of joy everybody worked so well with my daughter. She gained another family away from home always ready to go to school and she has learn how to read and write . As a mom my heart is at peace and I know they do take good care of Mia . All the staff I wish I had the whole world I would give it all to you. Primrose has been the best . On top of that you get to see what your child has learn and doing they send you pictures of activities that they do everyday. I would recommend Primrose school of Lubbock south to anybody. What a great family we have.

We are so thankful for the love, support, and encouragement our boys receive from the wonderful staff at Primrose. Watching our boys grow and learn so much has been the greatest blessing. We really appreciate how well everyone communicates with our boys and with us. It's not easy as a parent to not be present during any part of our children's day, however, we are confident that they are being cared for and molded and shaped into the amazing people we hope and wish them to be during their time with the great people at Primrose. Thank you all so much for loving on our boys.
