Most importantly, the teachers and staff are fantastic! The school is also very clean, bright, and kept in excellent condition. The curriculum is structured but still made to feel fun.

From the time you walk in the door until my granddaughter departs this facility is warm and caring. The staff are professional, but also helpful, kind and pleasant. Im worry free with my granddaughter in their care.

We love Primrose Plaza Blvd, and have heard great things about Primrose of Madison West. The staff are always helpful and positive. Our daughter is thriving there and we love that the turnover is low and classroom teachers are very consistent. We get continuous feedback on the app and art/notes sent home weekly updating us on a very personal level on what Penelope has been up to, thriving or struggling with. I love the open communication and stability this environment has provided for our family.

I love how the teachers love and care for my child. I can tell that she loves being at Primrose by the way she smiles and giggles whenever we drop her off. I also love the feedback about diaper changes, mealtimes, and lessons. The daycare itself is clean, warm, and inviting. I give it a 10/10!

We absolutely love the pace and content of the curriculum. The entire staff creates such a loving, nurturing, and fun-filled environment for our toddler. They are incredibly attentive and thoughtful about his individual needs, as well as his favorite toys and activities. He has truly been the happiest since starting here. After attending two other daycares previously, we have seen him thrive in ways we hadn’t before. Choosing this facility has been one of the best decisions we’ve made for his learning and development. We are so grateful!

The staff is energetic, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about the children. It’s clear that the leadership is strong across the entire team, as the teachers are well-equipped to support the unique needs of each individual child. Since 2019, I’ve had at least one child enrolled at Primrose, and I truly can’t imagine being anywhere else. My youngest has a severe food allergy, which Primrose takes very seriously. Knowing my child is surrounded by so much love, care, and support each day has greatly eased my “mom guilt” as a working parent.
