The wonderful STEAM curriculum, loving teachers, caring classmates, and the best environment.

Small, family feel. The rooms are structured and kids are always engaged in an activity. We were at a previous daycare that always felt like chaos when you walked into the room but here the kids are either in circle time or at the table ready for breakfast when we drop off. In the afternoon my 3 year old is always busy coloring, doing a puzzle, or looking at a book and she always asks to stay a few more minutes so she can finish what she’s working on.

Teachers are great. We enjoy Mrs Scott and Mrs Madison. Classes are always clean. Strange smell in the building but most likely due to the insulation.

We love the staff at Primrose! We know our son is in great hands and they do everything possible to make sure of that. The facility is beautiful and we adore everyone from the front office to the teachers. Highly recommend this school.

The teachers and staff are extremely friendly with all parents and students. I love that even the front desk staff tends to know the students names and families. I’ve loved how engaging the infant room is for our son! When we were trying to find a daycare we heard the slightly older room had a curriculum and thought that was amazing but it’s been incredible to see how much the youngest infants are also learning. I’m always impressed and amazed how many activities and learning opportunities there are for babies that are under 1! I have seen so many activities that I never would’ve thought to do so I’ve seen that my son has been learning since day 1 and isn’t only cared after or entertained all day, but learning so much! I can only imagine how much he will continue to grow and learn as he gets older. I know every teacher will be amazing at this school but I already feel sad that he won’t always have his current teachers! They are incredible and I find so much comfort in leaving him in their care. It’s obvious they care about every student and he smiles so big when he sees them!

The curriculum and teachers are great. My child who attends Primrose is more socially advanced and communicates better than my older child who attended a different daycare was at the same age.

We truly appreciate the warm welcomes we receive from the entire staff each day. We’re so grateful for JJ’s teachers—both past and present—and the thoughtful way they communicate with us throughout the day. The transition to his new classroom was seamless, and we couldn’t be happier. We adore Ms. Rose, her balanced and healthy menu, and the way she greets us with a smile every morning. We genuinely love everything about Primrose and believe choosing it for JJ’s growth and development was one of the best decisions we’ve made. Thank you all for the care, dedication, and love you pour into what you do.

We have absolutely loved West Primrose! The owners are wonderful and present and the administrative team has been top notch as well. Our son loves to go school every day and I can’t say enough good things his wonderful teachers. We love the non chaotic environment is and how welcoming and warm the school is. Every one on the team seems truly happy to be there and genuinely loves the kids. Thank you Primrose!

The staff are not only friendly and welcoming, but the reason I gave them a 10 is because I believe the whole school has such a strong foundation for helping children grow. They plan thoughtful activities, build relationships, and I really appreciate that the teacher talks to me every day about Keanu’s day - including the purpose behind each activity or project he brings home. It really shows how intentional and caring they are. I truly appreciate Keanu’s teachers for everything they do. Overall, everyone is so kind - it genuinely feels like a family.

From the moment we walked in the door, Primrose made us feel welcomed and comfortable with the care of our infant. They know every student by name, communicate well, and make us feel part of the school community. Primrose is a blessing to Madison and all of the families it serves.

I work in a secure classified environment which essentially means no access to the outside world (phones, bluetooth, etc.) for most of the day. I love that Primrose uses the Procare app so faithfully and uploads photos so that I can check on my daughter throughout the day by logging in online!

Structured education time balanced with unstructured play time. My child learns things at school that show up in the things she does (balancing on one foot), and she talks about the fun things she does during unstructured play. I feel like the Primrose team has a very good balance between learning and playing, and this balance helps my child build their own knowledge/ability/confidence. Thank you!
