Everything about this location was fantastic. From the people running it, all the way down to the support staff. The teachers in the classroom were some of the most thoughtful and helpful that I have ever known. I cannot recommend this specific location in the upper east more.

We loved how the teachers and staff members took the time and effort to get to know each individual child. We had overall very positive experience with the EP4 class that our son was part of for most of his time at Primrose. Ms. Giselle was particularly loving and caring. We felt that the teachers in his Preschool class were less engaging compared to those in his Early Program class.

I am so lucky that Primrose opened in my neighborhood before my daughter was born. We have had a wonderful experience! The Administrative staff are helpful and responsive and immediately made me feel comfortable leaving my then 8 month old in their care. My daughter has attended Primrose for over 3 years and the teachers in each classroom have been kind, creative and responsible. From ABCs to potty training to learning how to be a good friend, Primrose has been an integral part in helping my daughter learn and grow. I am forever grateful.

We feel incredibly blessed to have found Primrose! We had a great tour of the school with Ms. Jessica and ended up signing up for the waitlist before seeing any other daycares because we liked it so much. We were nervous to start our daughter at Primrose at 3.5 months old but the Primrose team has completely surpassed our expectations and made transitions and milestones as easy as possible. As first time parents, we are lucky to have such a supportive administrative team to help guide us on a day to day basis - our check ins with teachers and Ms. Kim are very helpful. Our daughter is thriving under the care of Ms. Atia and Ms. Sherly as she approaches the 1 year mark! Our daughter is excited to go to school each morning and can't wait to greet everyone. My husband says that the action shot pictures that pop up in the app each day are the highlight of his day - he can't get enough of them!

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Primrose. The teachers are incredibly caring, patient, and dedicated, and they create such a warm, nurturing environment for every child. Our son has learned so much since starting here, and we’ve seen tremendous growth in his confidence, social skills, and curiosity. We are so grateful to the entire staff and highly recommend this school to any family looking for an exceptional preschool.

The school is very structured and organized, athough lacking flexibility sometimes, it's overall a great experience. Staff are very friendly. Enviorment is perfect for little ones.

Our 6mo started at Primrose UES and has loved it. She loves her teachers and classmate friends - is happy to be dropped off and throughout the day. And we’ve felt completely confident and comfortable in their care. Our little one is learning something new every week, coming home with all sorts of new tricks (clapping, jabbering, standing, etc.). The school administration is great to work with - clear communication, efficient and cares about the experience of the families. Couldn’t recommend Primrose more.

Ms. Gisselle and Ms. Vanessa are excellent! We loved the effective communications and all the photos on Procare! If we can make one suggestion - it'd be great if Primrose can help facilitate better community-building that involves parents (e.g., appoint class parents to organize a parent chat group and family activities in school).
