Primrose is an exceptionally well-organized and well-run organization. All of the administrators, teachers, and staff are kind, caring, and thoughtful. My son has flourished under their care. I would highly recommend the Primrose School of Middleton to any families looking for high-quality child care.
We love Primrose!
The teachers and staff have created a loving, engaging, safe space for our child, with plenty of creative and fund activities. Everything is very well thought out and organized, making communication and interaction with staff incredibly easy. Highly recommend.
Everyone at primrose, from the teachers to the staff have not only always made our children feel welcome and supported, but also provided my wife and I with the peace of mind knowing our kids are getting a great education not just academically , but emotionally. I couldn't speak highly enough of Primrose.
Overall, Primrose is a great childcare provider and we've been happy with having our children there in their earliest years. They have a great curriculum that seems to prepare students well for kindergarten, and the social-emotional learning components are great. I also feel like the administrative team takes time to get to know parents and greets us in a very warm, welcoming way - especially Renee.
I understand the market is competitive for finding and recruiting teaching talent, but it is concerning the high rate of turnover of teachers, and there could be improvements to communications to proactively make parents/caregivers aware of upcoming changes. Often, we receive notifications after someone has already gone or it is their last day, and there's no opportunity for connection or parents to send them well wishes.
It would also be helpful if Primrose could expand their hours to 6:00pm; as working parents (in leadership/advanced positions), it can be difficult to wrap up meetings and appointments by 5:00pm to pick up by 5:30pm. Even expanding to 5:45pm could make a big difference. The implementation of the new hefty fees for late pick-up seemed abrupt and could have been paired with a survey to assess and consider needs.
Primrose has a well-established series of curriculums to help improve different aged kids’ developments and my kids love different activities at school, they learned a lot at Primrose of Middleton.
We have had a great experience at primrose. The fact that all snacks and meals are provided is invaluable to me as a working parent. I also get a timely response anytime I have reached out to my daughter's teachers or primrose staff. Everyone at primrose seems to truly care about my daughter and celebrates her milestones along with us!
We love Primrose. It is such a friendly fun environment for our son. They have a great curriculum and staff. The fun events that they put on for parents and grandparents goes the extra mile.
The management is super friendly and always responsive, making sure that parents feel heard. The teachers are amazing – they genuinely care about the kids and go above and beyond in creating a fun and nurturing environment. One of my favorite things is how they teach the little ones to be kind, responsible, and mindful of others. They even do activities to give back to the community, which is such a great lesson for the kids. Overall, we couldn't be happier with the care and love our kids receive here.
It is a wonderful and unique place for our daughter, her love for Primrose school of Middlenton is wonderful, she is happy there every day, her staff is incredible, without a doubt the best in Middlenton.
We love the family activities (August cookout, grandparent days, Halloween parade, Thanksgiving feast, Christmas performance, etc.). Our previous daycare center did not offer anything like this, and it has helped us feel much more connected to the school and the other families.
Primrose has provided our child with an unbelievable start to her learning journey. Every day she comes home with new skills that are ultimately setting her up for success.
We LOVE the teachers and the curriculum. The teachers (Mrs. Patel, Ms. Mackins, Mrs. Herbrand) are THE BEST. They are kind, compassionate and truly care about our kids. We feel SO lucky to have them!
I feel very comfortable with the teachers at Primrose. In particular, Ms. Patel, Ms. Tetteh, Ms. Torres, Ms. Jain, and Ms. Adeya always are patient and kind with our son. Childcare/early education is a difficult career and I’m sure there is a lot of burnout, but they always have patience with the children. These teachers in particular always greet our son with enthusiasm and seem to really care about the kids. I can’t say enough good things about the teachers and I really appreciate their hard work and dedication. It makes it so much easier to drop our son off, knowing that he is safe and surrounded by supportive, wonderful people.
I also like being able to get little updates throughout the day. The kids seem to be learning such cool things, even in the infant classes.
I also really like how much time they spend outside. I feel like it’s so good for kids to be outdoors and I’m glad they bundle them up and get them out there even in the winter. It’s Wisconsin after all!
We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Primrose School of Middleton! The staff is incredibly professional, and it’s clear the business is well-run. The owners genuinely care about creating a welcoming, inclusive, and kind environment, and that commitment shines through every day.
The meals provided are nutritious, and I love that they encouraged my kids to try new foods. The curriculum is exceptional—there’s a strong focus on academics, and my child left 4K reading and far ahead of her classmates in kindergarten. At the same time, there’s also a great emphasis on teaching kids how to navigate interpersonal relationships, which is probably even more important than academics.
If you're looking for a daycare that will help your child thrive academically and socially in a caring, well-organized environment, I highly recommend Primrose School of Middleton!
