We have loved our experience at Primrose at Waterford. The teachers and staff are so loving and kind. All three of my kids have felt safe and cared for during their time there. So thankful I don’t have to worry about my kids while I’m at work.

We are very happy with our decision to send Soren to primrose. Some tangible feedback would be to try and keep consistent assistant teachers/helpers in the classrooms. Soren has expressed some difficulty with this.

We absolutely love Primrose. The level of care, attention, and love they pour into the children is something truly special. It gives me so much peace knowing our 2-year-old daughter is not only safe but genuinely happy and thriving in such a nurturing environment. The staff are very caring and responsive. They seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs. It’s also great that food is provided so parents don’t need to pack lunches and snacks. I am beyond appreciative of all the primrose staff has done for our family over the last 6+ years.

The teachers and administrators show that they genuinely care for the children each time that I interact with them. They always greet my toddler with such enthusiasm. He is so happy to be there each day. They are so great about communicating any questions or concerns with me. I know that he is in great hands whenever he is at Primrose.

I have been a part of the Primrose at Waterford family for YEARS at different capacities. I worked there almost 8 years ago as a teacher while in college. Some of the best teachers I worked with are still there today as well as AD and D. I always told everyone that once I had a child, I would not trust them to go anywhere else! My daughter is 3 and has been there for the past couple of years and I think I love it more as a parent than ever before! I am an educator, so the curriculum is very important to me and every classroom we have been in, the teachers have executed it wonderfully. The teachers and staff are all amazing. My husband and I recommend Primrose to everyone we know. Our daughter absolutely loves going to school and the teachers are all so kind and patient when some of those drop off days are harder. When I am at work, I do not have to worry about the safety and well being of my child because I know she is in excellent hands. We love everyone! I also think Primrose does a wonderful job training and hiring new staff. WE LOVE YOU PRIMROSE!!!

Love the teachers and staff! I feel like my kids are really cared for while they are there. They are learning so much! I am very happy they are enrolled. I have noticed a dip/ decline since the new owners took over. Feels like food quality and quantity have decreased. We were also told the new owners were prioritizing turf for the outside, but there hasn't been much communication on that (or the revamped food menu). When tuition is raised, it should also be communicated so it's not a surprise.

Love love love this school. Both our kids have been since since they were infants. Cannot say enough good things about the incredible staff here! 1000% would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to partner with when raising their children.
