The structure! I love how the kids know the expectations and how to behave. I love that the teachers are never on their cell phones and always present with the kids, from when you drop them off to when you pick them up. 10/10!!

Primrose has been nothing but exceptional for our family. The quality of care she receives at Primrose has been great; she became more interested in starting solids, she socializes well, and it’s clear she’s learning so much from her time there. I don’t have to worry about if she’s being cared for, if she’s okay - I know she’s in good hands and she’s happy to be there.

We have loved our experience at Primrose at Waterford. The teachers and staff are so loving and kind. All three of my kids have felt safe and cared for during their time there. So thankful I don’t have to worry about my kids while I’m at work.

We are very happy with our decision to send Soren to primrose. Some tangible feedback would be to try and keep consistent assistant teachers/helpers in the classrooms. Soren has expressed some difficulty with this.

We absolutely love Primrose. The level of care, attention, and love they pour into the children is something truly special. It gives me so much peace knowing our 2-year-old daughter is not only safe but genuinely happy and thriving in such a nurturing environment. The staff are very caring and responsive. They seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs. It’s also great that food is provided so parents don’t need to pack lunches and snacks. I am beyond appreciative of all the primrose staff has done for our family over the last 6+ years.

The teachers and administrators show that they genuinely care for the children each time that I interact with them. They always greet my toddler with such enthusiasm. He is so happy to be there each day. They are so great about communicating any questions or concerns with me. I know that he is in great hands whenever he is at Primrose.
