I have been a part of the Primrose at Waterford family for YEARS at different capacities. I worked there almost 8 years ago as a teacher while in college. Some of the best teachers I worked with are still there today as well as AD and D. I always told everyone that once I had a child, I would not trust them to go anywhere else! My daughter is 3 and has been there for the past couple of years and I think I love it more as a parent than ever before! I am an educator, so the curriculum is very important to me and every classroom we have been in, the teachers have executed it wonderfully. The teachers and staff are all amazing. My husband and I recommend Primrose to everyone we know. Our daughter absolutely loves going to school and the teachers are all so kind and patient when some of those drop off days are harder. When I am at work, I do not have to worry about the safety and well being of my child because I know she is in excellent hands. We love everyone! I also think Primrose does a wonderful job training and hiring new staff. WE LOVE YOU PRIMROSE!!!

Love the teachers and staff! I feel like my kids are really cared for while they are there. They are learning so much! I am very happy they are enrolled. I have noticed a dip/ decline since the new owners took over. Feels like food quality and quantity have decreased. We were also told the new owners were prioritizing turf for the outside, but there hasn't been much communication on that (or the revamped food menu). When tuition is raised, it should also be communicated so it's not a surprise.

Love love love this school. Both our kids have been since since they were infants. Cannot say enough good things about the incredible staff here! 1000% would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to partner with when raising their children.

We could not be more appreciative and thankful for Primrose. I feel so grateful to have an enriching, safe and happy place for my kids childhood. We always refer family and friends to Primrose!! Thank you all for all you do!

Despite having an incident where an employee accidentally threw away all the breast milk from our toddler during a power outage, the staff team went above and beyond to work on correcting this mistake and provided us information on a new process ensuring this incident won’t happen again. Overall, the team has being very positive, caring, and responsive for our child’s needs.

The teachers and administrative staff are wonderful with my kids. I feel comfortable leaving them in their care while I work. My kids are always excited to go to Primrose each day and happily tell me about their days when I pick them up.

We absolutely love Primrose! The teachers are caring and compassionate and I have noticed excelled learning with both of our boys. The entire front end staff are fabulous as well. We are greeted every day with a friendly face, responsiveness to questions and, I’m not sure how they do it, but they know every child and family by name. It’s exactly the environment and learning experience my husband and I wanted for our children and more.

Our children had high quality education that was balanced by well roundedness. My kids not only finished Pre-K having completed the kindergarten curriculum and speaking both English and Spanish, but they also were kind, aware, and thoughtful. They knew how to follow class rules, and what it was to be helpful and to be a friend. They understood that their role as a citizen in their classroom and in their world meant doing their part to make it better. The staff were always friendly and engaged, and it felt like home, especially pre-COVID when there were more family events. We loved our Primrose experience!

Primrose is the fourth daycare we have been to. They are without a doubt the most well run, professional, and experienced daycare we have been to. And it isn’t close. Every classroom we have been in has had great, reliable teachers with years of experience. Our sons love their teachers and the entire staff knows and cares about our kids.

The vast majority of the employees and teachers are fantastic. They put effort into bonding with each child and making learning fun. Their facilities are clean and modern and we love their abundance of outdoor space. Their professionalism gives us confidence in both how they handle the day-to-day and that they would be prepared in an emergency. We’re so happy to have found Primrose Waterford for our two children.

We are constantly impressed by the staff here—the way they care about our daughter and her happiness, the way everyone makes it a point to remember our names and say hello and goodbye, and the professionalism of everyone we interact with. The environment is so warm and our daughter is in the best hands every day!

The school is incredible. The love and attention of the teachers, staff, and administrators makes our kids feel seen and they have grown tremendously as part of the school. There are so many creative events for holiday, special occasions, and simply the day to day. They are learning, growing and, most importantly, loved and supported throughout the journey. We are so grateful to the Primrose Family!

We have absolutely loved our experience at Primrose at Waterford! All of the staff and teachers are beyond fantastic. My son has learned so much and has fun! As a mother, you cannot put a price on being able to drop off my son in the morning and not have to worry that he is in the best of hands. Thank you Primrose!!!
