We love the teachers, the staff, and the love and care Primrose provides for our children. We know that our children are safe and feel loved while at Primrose, and they're also learning and growing.

I love how happy my daughter is to go to school and all the communication and how thorough everything is !

The leadership team makes our family feel welcome and important.

We liked the teachers and staff we interacted with. We liked the activities that our child participated in. We liked the Procare app, which allowed us to keep tabs on how our child was doing throughout the day.

I can't recommend Primrose Midlothian enough! The school has been instrumental in helping my son with his behavior issues, providing the support we needed. They are also fantastic with dietary restrictions. My son has had several restrictions over the past couple of years and the school has been so accommodating. The environment is nurturing and engaging, and the teachers are exceptional—so dedicated to each child's growth and well-being. I just wanted to share how wonderful it is to see our children excited about going to daycare each day! It's heartwarming to know they feel safe and happy, and it truly brings us joy to see them look forward to their time there. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for them to learn and grow! Primrose has been a wonderful experience for our family!

Great place and the teachers are awesome Specially Mrs Alexis

Our son, Logan, started in the infant room at four months old last year. Our experience has been nothing short of amazing. We know the teachers and staff care for Logan like he is one of their own. My favorite is the reaction on Logan when he sees his teachers every morning. He's moved up to Young Toddler, but still nearly jumps out of my arms when he sees the infant teachers :-) As a full time working mom, I am so grateful to have Primrose and know that Logan is constantly learning and in such good hands.

The staff and teachers are incredibly attentive and kind. We never doubt that our son is well cared for and we always appreciate their prompt communication on his schedule and well being! It is very evident they care for all the kids at primrose!

All of the staff is warm and friendly! Everyone knows our kids which is so comforting. The communication is excellent. I love the community and family engagement events. It helps parents build relationships. Staff regularly goes above and beyond to make sure the kids have good experiences and are happy. While the kids report they LOVE Mr. Charles cooking and they have zero complaints, from a parent’s prospective, the menu could a bit healthier. Nothing radical, but including a little more protein with breakfast instead of simple carbohydrates to keep the kids full. Adding more diverse grains into the meals, more fruits and veggies with snack instead of simple processed carbohydrates rich foods. I sometimes see ‘low fat’ or ‘low sugar’ items listed on the menu which seem counterintuitive at this age. If you are going to do pancakes and maple syrup, just go for the real deal! Low sugar syrup doesn’t make it “healthy,” it just makes it more processed. In our household we embrace indulgences (when we have them) and accommodate for the splurge at another meal with naturally lower sugar or fat meals. It makes the treat more special and enjoyable when they have it. At this young age, food should be delicious and interesting!

We adore the leadership team at Primrose the most. We feel like family and have since our children's first week at the school. Additionally, the teacher in the early child education classrooms are absolutely wonderful!

The staff have been wonderful.

Loved how our daughter got to incorporate learning and skills development into fun and play.

When we drop our child off at Primrose every day, we know we are leaving her in an environment full of people who will help nurture her into a kind, smart, loving person and who will keep her safe.

Low teacher/staff turnover Teachers seem happy and enjoy caring for my child. Well structured curriculum Endless extra-curricular activities and family-inclusive events

Teachers are very nice and give lots of care to our daughter. She’s made a couple of good friends at school. Transitioning from class to class are also smooth. We also appreciated that the PSP class has made her potty training as easy as possible.

We have had at least one child at Primrose Midlothian Village since 2019 and have been so pleased with the care and education our children have received there. Most importantly, our children love it there and love their teachers. They have learned so much and our oldest, who is now in elementary school, was far ahead of his peers based on the Primrose curriculum. The administration is quick to address questions or concerns, and even with the teacher turnover issues that seems to affect all childcare centers, the school has handled it well and works hard to retain and reward their talented and dedicated staff and teachers. Communication with parents is top notch, but not over the top -- the perfect balance.

We can’t say enough wonderful things about Primrose. As we reflect on our girls’ years, we are feeling particularly grateful for Ms. Caroline & Ms. Maggie; they are certainly two of the best!

How friendly all teachers and staff are. They’re welcoming and take time to get to know everyone and the kids. Also love how my kids enjoy going to school and can’t wait to go each day! The teachers really do take time to educate and love on all of them!

So many things - the staff has always been great, the activities are educational, fun and age appropriate, the constant change in artwork both for the kids and the hallway bulletin boards, the building is clean and welcoming and above all, our kids are safe!

Great teachers and curriculum, responsive and communicative.
