The mgmt team, lower turnover for a daycare/front line caregivers, facility cleanliness, and food included with accommodations for allergies relative to other daycares in the area such as YWCA, KidsKondo, and Haygood as well as relative to nanny services. The only other daycare I strongly considered was Suzuki School. My child has food allergies and the Primrose Midtown team did a great job on handling the challenges associated with accidents and clearly communicating milestones/I am aligned with their expectations that I would never have known being a first time mom. Thank you!

Great staff, convenient location for Marta and easy pickup and dropoff parking. Actually you all just improved the parking time window too! Great first impression on tours remote and in person. The app works well for daily info and updates.

The care and attention they give to each student is exemplary. The fun activities and field trips help the little ones to build confidence and navigate the world with curiosity and excitement. Excellent teachers! And great communication from the administration.

We love how professional and on top of things the administrators and teachers are! Everyone is also soo friendly and sweet and our son loves going to school every day. We feel so at ease when he’s there. I wish the classrooms had a bit more natural light, but I get that the in-town location makes space/layout options limited. Overall, we’ve been so grateful to have Primrose Midtown for our little one!

The staff is incredibly attentive, kind and supportive. Our son is developing at a pace that is simply blowing our minds. He always looks so happy and engaged in the daily updates we get. We know that he is safe, cared for and learning every day. We couldn’t ask for more.

Ms. Nikki/DaCarla/Taniesha/April are the best and most loving teachers for Infant 2. Consistency in the leadership is one of the biggest factors along with cleanliness and food. Thank you!
