There has not been a single thing we have not liked about our experience at primrose. Everything has been exceptional. The teachers are warm, loving, and personable and successfully are able to both teach and love on the kids at the same time. The families we have met at primrose will be lifelong friends. We are elated to still have a few years left at primrose but are sad to think about it coming to an end when our kids are older.

Primrose of Midtown at Colony Square has been a dream and a blessing to my family. We have loved every aspect of it. Due to my company matleave policy, we had to send both of our children to school much sooner than we would have liked (at 6 weeks old) but we never had any hesitations, issues or worries about placing them at Primrose. We have felt like family since we arrived and will be so very sad when we have to leave. I cannot recommend it enough. We have 2 boys there and my oldest has been there almost 4 yrs and we have never had an issue. The staff and management is incredible and the team truly cares AND makes you feel special every day. I am so grateful that we got to be a part of the family. Best of all, both my sons are happy and genuinely excited to go every day. They have made friends that we will keep. The facility is on top of every aspect from safety and security, to training, to education, to caring, and providing nutritional food, and fostering a caring and kind environment that kids can learn and grow in. You wont be sorry if you attend.

Teachers are wonderful. They have little turnover and seem genuinely happy. Very clean and doesn’t smell like a daycare. The only thing I don’t like about the school is the insistence on providing the kids super-processed food. I understand healthy food is more expensive so I understand some meals need to be processed. But there is no reason to give kids a cookie every Friday. Especially when they are under 2 and see all of the big kids grabbing them.

The school is a beautiful space for kids to grow and learn. The teachers are warm, experienced, and supported with professional development. The parents are proactively and seek to build a community within the classrooms. The leaders communicate very well!

Every teacher seems to know our sons name (along with the other children). It truly feels like each child is known and loved. Our son loves all of his teachers and always seems to come home knowing something new. I appreciate how all of his teachers keep us up to date on how he is doing. We love primrose!

I honestly cant say enough great things. We have comfortably entrusted our kids with Primrose since they were both 8 weeks old. We continue to have excellent encounters with all of the staff. They keep exceeding my expectations. The entire staff goes above and beyond DAILY. I have never had any concerns or reservations and would highly recommend any parent use this location.

We love primrose overall. Teachers are great and kids seem to enjoy their days. Administration is very thoughtful and proactive with their communications. The only thing I hate is Cookie Friday. We don’t need to give our kids more ultra-processed sugary foods.
