We’ve had an amazing experience with this daycare. The school is very organized with clear communication through monthly calendars and updates, which we really appreciate.
Now that our daughter is three, it’s been incredible to see how much she’s learned—her speech has improved dramatically, she’s confidently identifying shapes and colors, and even reminding us to cough into our arms! She comes home every day having clearly learned something new.
Most importantly, her teachers are truly exceptional. Their care, patience, and genuine investment in the kids make all the difference. It’s obvious they take pride in what they do, and it shows in how happy and excited our daughter is to go to school each day. She comes back with amazing braids/ponytail combinations that she is so proud of.
We’re very grateful to have found such a supportive and nurturing environment. Also—bonus—she definitely eats better than we do thanks to their meals!
We started our kids at Primrose School of Natick at 10 months and 4 years about a year and a half ago, and the only thing I wish was different is that we found Primrose sooner. The staff are excellent; super welcoming and everyone we've interacted with really knows how to care for our children at the age and stage they are at. The administrative team is organized, responsive, and proactive, and truly cares for the teachers. Primrose provides all meals and snacks, which saves us so much time and exposes the kids to a variety of foods. As both my children have food allergies, I am comfortable that my kids are safe as the school handles allergies with precision. The school also builds community with multiple family events throughout the year. We've just really enjoyed our experience here.
I am very happy with my son's transitional kindergarten class. He is constantly learning new things and enjoys going to school. There are plenty of enrichment activities which are great for young learners. I am a little less impressed with the pre-K classroom, which has had more turnover, but I would still recommend this school and location despite that.
I like the creativity of the curriculum and that it’s not too structured - that outdoor and undirected play are a high priority too. I like the responsiveness of the school when I have requests, and how they work with parents to support each child’s needs. I like the school building and variety of toys equipment and play spaces outdoors too. I like the app. I like the regular check in’s with teachers to see how our kiddos are progressing developmentally. And I really really like the family style dining and healthy food being served by the school.
We have now been at Primrose for a little over 2 years and have had a really great experience. The staff cares. The multiple meal times have been so welcomed. Our daughter has grown so much. Primrose has fostered a safe environment with the app updates, the attention to injury reports (even when minor) and the staff building entry precautions. Our daughter has also really picked up on the learning aspect with tremendous strides with speech, colors, shapes, numbers, and even started potty training with their help! Thank you Primrose teachers and staff!
It's a very welcoming community and we feel like we are a part of a large family so to speak especially with the various events the school hosts that brings all of the families together to get to know each other a bit more. Our daughter loves all the the teachers she interacts with whether it be her classroom teachers or the floating teachers that help out she knows pretty much all of them by name and has nothing but great things to say about them. Maybe stating the obvious, but of course love the chef and not having to provide any kind of food or snacks that is such a relief and saves us time in the morning getting ready to start our day. Overall we would definitely recommend any family to at least tour Primrose to see what it is all about before making any kind of daycare decision.
Thanks,
Rich
Knowledge and inclusivity of each child and family. Every teacher knows every child's name and greets them every day (somehow they even know the parents names!). It's important to make each child feel welcome and like they belong and the Primrose staff does that.
Primrose is very welcoming and they take the time to get to know every student (and parent). My children love it there. And the included meals is a huge plus!
Friendly, competent, and passionate staff. The fact that seemingly all staff knew my kids name, who my kids were from day one is super impressive and is outstanding.
Staff have been so welcoming to our son in his first 2 weeks. Everyone knows his name and greets him not just his teachers and I feel like that helps him feel like he belongs and has made for a smoother transition than we expected.
Primrose in Natick is a wonderful school! My child loves it and the teachers all get to know each student so it is very welcoming. My 18 month old toddler comes home with new words every single day and new phrases too. “Help, please” is a recent addition. And we can now count to 7! Thank you Primrose!
We love Primrose! The teachers and administrative staff are all so wonderful. They provide individualized care to our daughter. They work with parents on issues in a timely, effective manner. My daughter loves going to school!
