We have been with Primrose at Irving Park since my son with 8 weeks old. The staff treat my child like his is their own child. He thrives in the environment with the other kids. Overall, our experience has been great.

After being a stay at home mom for my son's first two years of life, it was really difficult putting him in daycare. We found one closer to Jamestown that was frankly, traumatic. he kept getting "hurt". We pulled him out of that one and found Primrose!! Skeptical at first, but now we have no anxiety about dropping him off in the mornings! I would recommend primrose to anyone looking for great, trustworthy care. My toddler has learned so much already and is only 2.5 yrs old. He counts to 5, knows some colors, and went potty on his own in our home! Admittedly he did this with absolutely no effort on our part. We have carpet and have been avoiding potty training like the plague! He is our third child and we just were not ready to take on potty training yet. Primrose to the rescue though, because they have worked with him so hard and his interest in going potty has made it so easy for us at home! I would give Primrose a 20/10 if I could!

The teachers are caring, engaging, and truly invested in each child’s growth. The environment is fun, structured, and full of learning opportunities. I’m so grateful for the positive impact they’ve had on my child’s early education. Highly recommend!

The teachers and administrators are very caring, friendly, and patient. They have excellent communication daily through the Procare app with updates and pictures to keep parents’ minds informed and at ease. I would recommend them to anyone looking for early childcare.

I am very pleased with the exceptional and compassionate care my child receives at primrose. Although it is a little pricey the level of education and love my child gets from this school is priceless! All the teachers and administrators know her by name and are genuinely vested in her education, growth, and wellbeing! As a first time mom when I drop her off each morning I have absolutely no worries that she is in good hands. I love how open and communicative they are and the pictures and updates sent throughout the day are a plus. If you are looking for a solid daycare this is an excellent option!

We have thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Primrose New Irving Park. Both our daughters have attended from infants until their Pre-K class. The directors are super supportive and the teachers are fantastic.
