The staff is extremely kind and caring. They take care of my child and treat us like family. Communication is fabulous and questions/concerns are answered in a timely fashion. Recently, they extended their regular operating hours to accommodate working parents outside of the previous 0[PHONE NUMBER REMOVED] schedule.

Thus far, our family has truly enjoyed seeing our little one grow into himself and emerge into language thank you to the Primrose curriculum. Their teachers/and aids are top notch dedicated to both the child’s development and wellbeing. Our little went from only signing to using full on sentence in 4 months we have been at Primrose.

I love how all the teachers work with your children and are extremely patient with them as well. I also love how the ProCare app shows updates of how your child is doing and what they are doing. Everyday your child is learning something new and see joy across everyone's face. The environment that the children are in is clean and they also have parent's night out which help you as bond more during your busy schedule. There is so much for your children to learn here. I absolutely love Primrose!

We love our teacher for our older kiddo, Ms. Sharatha and Ms. Shawna! She is excellent and provides a classroom filled with fun, laughter, and learning. She uses positive reinforcement methods to get the kids involved and engaged. When the front staff is there, they are always welcoming and greet you. However, many mornings, no one is there or they are helping out in other areas of the building. They provide lots of communication but sometimes it is driven from the parents' side when you have questions or concerns. They may follow up, but more often, the parent has to be the one driving the conversation or following up. I wish there were slightly more organized. For example, I handed in a paper copy of a required document but am still getting emails asking for it.

Primrose was incredibly supportive and helped pie thrive! They were willing to work with all his therapists and meet him where he was at to help him grow. The staff was amazing and kind. I cannot recommend them enough!

We drive a half hour out of our way to have our child (now children) be cared for at Primrose School of North Colorado Springs. The teachers and personnel at this location have my children’s needs and best interest at the forefront of their daily duties. They’re so welcoming and nurturing. They throw fun and family engaging events all the time, it really feels like they are an extension of our family.
