Primrose has been fantastic for our son and we are very happy with the experience. The curriculum is transparent and sets up a positive learning environment.
There has been a significant difference in how he views "school", one he wakes up and wants to attend. In addition, the meals served and exposure at home, his pallet has tremendously expanded to a variety of dishes with vegetables.
Lastly, they put together great activities to engage the teachers, parents and kids. This sets the location apart, by making the parents feel included and the teachers feel valued (teacher appreciation week).
All in all, it is what we hoped for in terms of trust, relationship building, and learning for our son.

We've been at Primrose for about 4 months now and it has been an absolutely wonderful fit for our family. Our daughter comes home excited to tell us what she has learned in a day, what friends she's played with, and she is thrilled to return each and every day. As a parent, a lifelong love a learning and school is so foundational, and Primrose puts a great emphasis on that. Additionally, this school in particular is one of the most military friendly we've ever encountered. The leadership at the school has helped us navigate multiple military forms/requests with ease and expertise that makes the transition to a new school as a military family even that more beneficial. We recommend Primrose to every family that asks about our experience!

The teachers and staff were always so kind, respectful, and supportive. Whenever there was something to discuss, they were open to feedback and willing to make accommodations, which we truly appreciated. We also loved all of the engagement events they put on — they created such a welcoming environment and gave us the opportunity to connect with other families as well.

The staff is extremely kind and caring. They take care of my child and treat us like family. Communication is fabulous and questions/concerns are answered in a timely fashion. Recently, they extended their regular operating hours to accommodate working parents outside of the previous 0[PHONE NUMBER REMOVED] schedule.

Thus far, our family has truly enjoyed seeing our little one grow into himself and emerge into language thank you to the Primrose curriculum.
Their teachers/and aids are top notch dedicated to both the child’s development and wellbeing. Our little went from only signing to using full on sentence in 4 months we have been at Primrose.

I love how all the teachers work with your children and are extremely patient with them as well. I also love how the ProCare app shows updates of how your child is doing and what they are doing. Everyday your child is learning something new and see joy across everyone's face. The environment that the children are in is clean and they also have parent's night out which help you as bond more during your busy schedule. There is so much for your children to learn here. I absolutely love Primrose!

We love our teacher for our older kiddo, Ms. Sharatha and Ms. Shawna! She is excellent and provides a classroom filled with fun, laughter, and learning. She uses positive reinforcement methods to get the kids involved and engaged. When the front staff is there, they are always welcoming and greet you. However, many mornings, no one is there or they are helping out in other areas of the building. They provide lots of communication but sometimes it is driven from the parents' side when you have questions or concerns. They may follow up, but more often, the parent has to be the one driving the conversation or following up. I wish there were slightly more organized. For example, I handed in a paper copy of a required document but am still getting emails asking for it.
