I think Primrose is a great school. My daughter has attended since she was 1 all the way through kindergarten and it has been a wonderful experience. Nice to have a school we can trust.

The relaxed atmosphere and continued learning with summer fun. My son gets treated like family not just a school. We wished he could have attended longer than 1st grade, but since that wasn't available, we put him in public school. He still LOVES to go to summer camp at Primrose. He looks forward to seeing the teachers and Director Ms. Cookie. He also can never wait to see his old friends and make new ones. We love Primrose and will continue to go until the little guy ages out. Thanks Primrose Mason Creek for being so wonderful!

I love how happy and welcoming everyone always is. From the moment we walk in, we’re greeted with the warmest smiles, and it’s clear how much the staff truly love and care for the children. They make us feel seen and valued at both drop-off and pick-up every single day. I also love receiving pictures and updates throughout the day and seeing how happy and engaged my child is. It gives me so much comfort knowing my kiddo is loved, cared for, and thriving in such a positive environment.

I highly recommend this place! My son just graduated from this school, and the teachers and management have always been so supportive, welcoming, and helpful. Every time something happened, they were there to support my child in the best and most positive way. Ms. Cookie is an amazing woman who truly cares about the students and their safety. My youngest son is currently in the toddler class, and he absolutely loves going to school every day. The teachers are wonderful, and the communication with parents is exceptional. We are very grateful for all the love, care, and dedication they give to the children!

The environment is very clean. The staff is very professional. They keep you well informed on everything that is going on at the school from events to incidents. I like that you can see what your child is doing; even sending their work home so that we have keepsake items. The children loves it and feels comfortable being there!

I truly don’t think there is a better school than Primrose. The experience has been amazing, and a big reason for that is the incredible staff. Mrs. Cookie is a rockstar—she is absolutely fabulous. Along with Ashley, Dana, Ms. Isabel, Ms. Daniela, Ms. Cortez, and Mrs. Jasmine, they all go above and beyond every single day. If it weren’t for them, this school wouldn’t be number one. They are caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in the children. I trust my kids completely in their hands, and that peace of mind means everything. This school absolutely rocks, and it’s because of the people who make it so special.

Primrose, specifically the North Mason Creek location, is an incredible place for our babies. They are consistently putting children's needs first and are always willing to partner with families to make the best experience for their kiddos possible. Our daughter has Autism and has previously been completely non-verbal in any other setting or school. Primrose has been patient with her, worked with her and created an environment to thrive and grow in.

I love how attentive they are. You can tell they really love children and actually care about them. My son has developed very well here. He started walking, eating more, and just reaching all the milestones. Miss cookie is the best !

Primrose School has been a part of our lives since 2021—first with our oldest child, and now with our second. Both of our children love going to school, learning, and having fun every day. We truly appreciate how the teachers are so involved in each child’s education and social development. The leadership team is fantastic and always ready to help whenever we need it. Ms. Cookie is such a blessing—her kindness, care, and the little touches (like stickers at the end of the day!) make the school feel even more special.

Then director here and her family/staff run a tight ship. I specifically trust this location over the one by my house just because of Ms.Cookie. Both my kids attend this school and my oldest is now in elementary and she’s vastly ahead of other children. I love primrose.

We love how amazing all of the Primrose teachers are and how well they communicate in the Procare app. They plan engaging, developmentally appropriate activities to promote learning in so many ways! We love the picture updates and feeling at ease that our child is in great hands. The community events are so fun and welcoming, too. We love Primrose!

Love that there is little to no turnover! We took a year break when we had our second, and when we made the decision to start daycare again, choosing primrose north mason was a no brainer! They seem to operate not only safely and professionally, but like a family, which is such a great environment for kids to be in.
