I truly don’t think there is a better school than Primrose. The experience has been amazing, and a big reason for that is the incredible staff. Mrs. Cookie is a rockstar—she is absolutely fabulous. Along with Ashley, Dana, Ms. Isabel, Ms. Daniela, Ms. Cortez, and Mrs. Jasmine, they all go above and beyond every single day. If it weren’t for them, this school wouldn’t be number one. They are caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in the children. I trust my kids completely in their hands, and that peace of mind means everything. This school absolutely rocks, and it’s because of the people who make it so special.

Primrose, specifically the North Mason Creek location, is an incredible place for our babies. They are consistently putting children's needs first and are always willing to partner with families to make the best experience for their kiddos possible. Our daughter has Autism and has previously been completely non-verbal in any other setting or school. Primrose has been patient with her, worked with her and created an environment to thrive and grow in.

I love how attentive they are. You can tell they really love children and actually care about them. My son has developed very well here. He started walking, eating more, and just reaching all the milestones. Miss cookie is the best !

The staff in the front and the ladies who watch our children are professional and kind. I trust Primrose with my most precious gift, and they take very good care of her. Thank you for caring about our children, and being so welcoming Primrose!

Primrose School has been a part of our lives since 2021—first with our oldest child, and now with our second. Both of our children love going to school, learning, and having fun every day. We truly appreciate how the teachers are so involved in each child’s education and social development. The leadership team is fantastic and always ready to help whenever we need it. Ms. Cookie is such a blessing—her kindness, care, and the little touches (like stickers at the end of the day!) make the school feel even more special.

Then director here and her family/staff run a tight ship. I specifically trust this location over the one by my house just because of Ms.Cookie. Both my kids attend this school and my oldest is now in elementary and she’s vastly ahead of other children. I love primrose.

We love how amazing all of the Primrose teachers are and how well they communicate in the Procare app. They plan engaging, developmentally appropriate activities to promote learning in so many ways! We love the picture updates and feeling at ease that our child is in great hands. The community events are so fun and welcoming, too. We love Primrose!

Love that there is little to no turnover! We took a year break when we had our second, and when we made the decision to start daycare again, choosing primrose north mason was a no brainer! They seem to operate not only safely and professionally, but like a family, which is such a great environment for kids to be in.

Primrose is been part of our family since 2022 for our first boy. Since day one, everything has been going great and my child love going school every day. Now my second child is attending school and I can’t be more happy with the school. They are both so happy and learning so much there. Staff are really well trained and management team is extremely supportive and helpful.

I can tell the entire staff loves being around my child. Everyone knows his name, from the teachers, to the chef, to the ladies at the front. He’s learned so much and always comes home with a new word or song!

I could not ask for a better team to care for my kids. Ms. Cookie and the entire team are exceptional at going above and beyond to create a great balance of education, fun, and structure that my children look forward to going to this particular Primrose location.

Primrose North Mason Creek has been an incredible experience for our family. Such an amazing administration and staff with limitless opportunities for the entire family. A close knit family feel that allows us to be vulnerable with many changes as our child develops and grows daily. We will recommend Primrose North Mason Creek to every family we come across who asks for suggestions of preschools for their children. We are so pleased and happy with our selection. Our family wouldn't want to be any other place but Primrose North Mason Creek. Mrs. Cookie is the absolute best!

PRNM has been so welcoming to us and our son since day one. The support from the teachers and staff is wonderful; They’ve made it feel like a second home for our family. We are appreciative of everyone at PRNM and the efforts they’ve put in to help our son learn and grow in each classroom. Our son loves his teachers and looks forward to going to class every morning!

I have both of my children enrolled in this wonderful school, and I couldn't be happier. The teachers, director, and administrative staff genuinely care about each student's success. The facilities are well-maintained, and I have seen my children thrive both in their development and academic pursuits. I wholeheartedly recommend this school to any parent seeking a positive environment for their kids.
