primrose takes the cake as the best childcare in the north phoenix area - we've been at abc montessori, woodbridge, & but found our "home" at primose! the last 2 years have been wonderful and our sweet girl is thriving because of primrose!! we dont worry about her during the day because we know she is safe, loved, learning, & having a blast with her friends at school! 🩵

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my daughter’s and my own experience with Primrose. The staff is consistently friendly and professional, and they genuinely understand young children and their development. I appreciate the consistency in the activities and the dedication of the teachers. The daily progress reports from the teachers at pick-up and app updates throughout the day are helpful, providing me with insights into my child’s development and suggestions for reinforcing the teachings at home. One improvement I would suggest is related to onboarding. The process involves filling out several outdated forms that often require duplicate information, which can be a bit cumbersome. Additionally, it would be beneficial to streamline the onboarding process by either having a new parents orientation on their first day or providing a more user-friendly way to input information in the app. Overall, I have no complaints about Primrose and value the enrichment they’ve contributed to my little one’s growth.

I love the feeling when you walk in the building and being able to see into all the classrooms! The staff are so friendly and willing to help! I love getting updates and seeing pictures of my child throughout the day!!

Primrose has been amazing for my kids. The difference in quality of care is night and day from other centers my children have been at. Communication has been great, my children have learned so much, and I can always be sure they are safe.

We LOVE our teachers and admin staff. They treat us like family and I know that my little lady is in the best of hands. Not only does she learn so much every day but she has constant structure which is extremely helpful both there and at home!

My favorite part is the atmosphere here. Every admin, teacher, and family that comes through these doors share the same goals and aspirations for these kids. No milestone goes unnoticed or uncelebrated, everyone is putting in effort to raise students are kind, inclusive, and smart. It truly takes a village, and the North Phoenix Village is amazing.

The staff is excellent! They truly care about your child and are fully commited to their well being. My daughter has learned so much this year especially when it comes to her writing skills. She loves this school and begged me to increase her hours.
