I was so nervous for my little guy to start just because he’s my first baby, but it’s been such a joy having him in the care of such incredible teachers/staff at Primrose! He absolutely loves going to school each day and is enjoying his little routine. He’s so happy and loves his teachers, which makes this first time mama feel completely at ease. Can’t say enough positive things about our experience. He’s learning and developing so much, it’s incredible.

Primrose North Richardson at Lookout is truly like a family. Even through its growth, the families are more than just numbers. They see and address to each kid uniquely. "It takes a village" and Primrose helps form that village by providing a supportive community. We are so lucky to have found a school that turns parents preschool dreams into a reality.

We have loved everything about our experience with Primrose. The staff, the curriculum, the activities, and the family events at Primrose are all top-notch. The staff at Primrose has been completely professional, and it is easy to see the teachers' care and concern for our boys. Our boys enjoy the extracurricular sports and music classes offered at Primrose. As parents, we enjoy spending time with our boys during classroom holiday parties. It is also fun to invite our boy's grandparents to the family breakfast events and the evening carnivals that Primrose provides throughout the year. Our family and friends have often commented about how well-behaved and well-educated our boys are compared to their peers who do not attend Primrose. It is fun to see how well our boys are progressing in their reading and writing skills through the curriculum at Primrose. Our boys seem to enjoy school because the teachers at Primrose put so much time and preparation into their lessons. I would recommend Primrose, especially the Primrose School of North Richardson at Lookout, to any parents looking to provide their children with a first-class education.

As a parent, I couldn’t be more impressed with this school. From the moment I reached out to inquire about enrollment for my son, the staff was warm, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. They took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, ensuring I understood the school’s values, curriculum, and extracurricular opportunities.
What stood out most was their genuine care for each student’s unique needs and development. The personalized approach to learning is truly exceptional. The facilities are clean, modern, and well-equipped, and it’s clear that a lot of thought goes into creating a safe and nurturing environment.
I also want to specifically thank my son’s teachers, Mrs. Ada and Mrs. Kumar, for their dedication, kindness, and passion for teaching. Their guidance and support have made such a positive impact on him, and we are truly grateful.
Thank you to the amazing staff and teachers for making this process so seamless and welcoming!

We can see so much differences when we switched my son to this school. He started behind these others kids inside the classroom almost 4 months, he didn’t know how to hold the pencil and write the alphabet, number. In very short time ( 5 weeks) he can write down all the numbers, words, reading a little, however he knows how to do math right now. That’s very impressive!!! Thanks to all the teachers in the Kindergarten class!!

We began our journey at Primrose of North Richardson during a period of uncertainty in the Spring of 2021 when our son was only 8 months old, but it didn't take long for us to feel completely at ease. The care, support, and stimulating learning environment provided by the staff made us confident in our choice. Now, three years later, our almost Kindergartener considers Primrose an extension of our family, and we are sure our second child, currently in the odler infant class, will have the same wonderful experience. Primrose of North Richardson is truly child-centered, focusing on the individual needs and development of each child. Regardless of how our children arrive each day—whether happy, sad, mad, or silly—the teachers adapt and support them, helping them work through whatever they are going through, with patience and care. We couldn’t ask for a better learning environment for our children, and our son has truly found his best (hopefully life long) friends here!

Everyone at the school is awesome. Every teacher our son has had since infant class has been great and very loving and caring. It really feels like they love the kids that they care for every day. Our son loves going to school and has rarely had any struggles. His learning and development has greatly benefitted from his teachers at Primrose.

The school facility is amazing with so many extracurricular opportunities. The teachers take an active interest in every child and are so accommodating for the kids that need a little extra time and attention. It feels like the administration is working WITH ME as a partner in every aspect of my child's development.
