The administrative staff and teachers are absolutely incredible and caring (special shoutout to Ms. Pennington, Ms. Hoefs, Ms. Elliott, and Ms. Morton in no particular order) and I so sincerely appreciate the patience and care they exhibit every day. I hope they are all paid well because they really go above and beyond. I love the activities and the updates provided on the ProCare app (although I will say this is not consistent among teachers; Ms. Elliott is my gold standard and is the most consistent with activity updates, pictures, etc.). My ONLY gripe with Primrose is the food -- I feel some of the PM snacks are not sufficient for the level of activity I know my daughter is engaging in. I don't mind sending additional snacks but feel the PM snacks could be more wholesome (e.g. Darlington bar is not the same level of nutrition or satiety as yogurt or cottage cheese). If she eats lunch at 11:30, and only a small snack at 3:00, she has essentially not eaten for 5 hours by the time I get her.

My child seems to genuinely like to go to school most of the time which is very nice. Also location is very convenient.

The teachers are great and admin staff are on top of things, very helpful, and supportive. It’s a great value and I feel great about taking my kids there every day.

We love the welcoming atmosphere and the care they show for the children that go to Primrose School. As parents, nothing is more comforting then to know that your child is in a safe environment. The structured curriculum has helped our daughter tremendously. We would highly recommend Primrose School to anyone!

We love Primrose for so many reasons. The teachers have all been so kind to our daughter & family. We have always felt like the staff really cares about our daughter. She also has learned SO much. It’s amazing to see how far she has come since starting at Primrose years ago. We are forever grateful we chose Primrose!

Sending our daughter to daycare was a tough decision for our family. We wanted to make sure we were sending her somewhere that had teachers that we trust and we have found that at Primrose North Ridgeville. I am a very type A mom and Ms. Pennington, Ms. Ibrahim and Ms. Wilson have been very receptive to my goals for our daughter and working together to achieve. We truly appreciate the open communication with everyone.
