We love the welcoming atmosphere and the care they show for the children that go to Primrose School. As parents, nothing is more comforting then to know that your child is in a safe environment. The structured curriculum has helped our daughter tremendously. We would highly recommend Primrose School to anyone!

We love Primrose for so many reasons. The teachers have all been so kind to our daughter & family. We have always felt like the staff really cares about our daughter. She also has learned SO much. It’s amazing to see how far she has come since starting at Primrose years ago. We are forever grateful we chose Primrose!

Sending our daughter to daycare was a tough decision for our family. We wanted to make sure we were sending her somewhere that had teachers that we trust and we have found that at Primrose North Ridgeville. I am a very type A mom and Ms. Pennington, Ms. Ibrahim and Ms. Wilson have been very receptive to my goals for our daughter and working together to achieve. We truly appreciate the open communication with everyone.

I love the quality of the education and the staff is fantastic. My only concern is that we are paying for an entire week of service and the daycare is closed the entire week of Christmas.

The children learn a wide variety of things, including Spanish, which they started recently and I think that’s really cool for such a young age. The teachers are very patient and attentive. Also, any issues I have ever had they address immediately and are very compassionate towards any concern or question I may have.

Our daughter has been at Primrose North Ridgeville for a little over 2 years. We have nothing but great things to say. The staff is always so kind, our daughter loves going to school, and we feel good about her being there all day. Truly she has learned so much and we are so thankful for all her teachers she’s had.

Knowing my child is safe and surround by caring, dedicated teachers/staff. We love receiving updates throughout the school day via the procare app with pictures and notes on our child's activities (i.e. lessons, meals, diaper changes, potty breaks, etc). The administrative staff is very organized and excellent at communicating school events and updating us regarding our child's progress through the school year. There is a wonderful chef on staff that makes breakfast, lunch, and snacks. Our child has food allergies and the staff takes this most seriously and is very accommodating. The teachers are extremely hard working and patient. We would love to see more support staff in the classrooms for them, though we understand how difficult it is to find qualified staff these days. Thank you, Primrose School for all that you do!

The School is absolutely immaculate at all times of the day, the staff are so kind, and helpful. My Daughter has had an amazing adjustment to a new School solely because of the Teachers that have helped her along the way. Pick ups are calm, and I always hear a recap of her day, the app is continuously being updated throughout the day with photos, meal updates, etc. There is constant communication within the School between staff and parents and we are so grateful. So much of this is due to Sara, Amber, and Emily. We are so happy to have found Primrose North Ridgeville and HIGHLY recommend.
