We love Primrose! The curriculum is engaging, well-structured, and has helped my son learn and grow in so many ways. The teachers are caring, attentive, and truly invested in each child’s development. We also love the updates throughout the day, which give us peace of mind and let us stay connected to what he’s learning and experiencing. It’s such a wonderful feeling knowing he’s learning, making friends, and being cared for by people who genuinely love what they do. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and highly recommend Primrose to other families!

Easy process, welcoming and accommodating staff. We're new to the daycare scene and they made it easy for us to get started. By the way - cheers for taking a stand on your vaccine policy. We feel our daughter and family are much safer because of the "everyone here gets their vaccines" approach.

Primrose provided reassurance and comfort, allowing me to feel at ease leaving my baby so I could fulfill my workday responsibilities. They provided her with structure and the knowledge to move forward in her schooling.

We’ve had a very positive experience with this daycare. The teachers are truly great—caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in the children’s development and well-being. The administration has also shown a strong commitment to hiring and retaining high-quality teachers, which makes a noticeable difference in the consistency of care. Communication is clear and timely, especially when there are any changes or updates. Additionally, the staff is always open to questions and proactive in addressing and resolving any concerns that may arise. It’s reassuring to know they are approachable and solution-oriented. Overall, a supportive and well-managed environment that we feel confident in.

The teachers we have are excellent. The admin staff is very helpful and support working parents well. The only small point is that I would feel slightly less comfortable sending a young infant as the classes all combine into the young infant room EOD and it seems there is a lot of turnover of the teachers in those classes. That being said I have always had great experiences with all of our child's teachers.

Everyone has a great attitude. My son is always happy to arrive and I can tell everything is done so well. Place is clean, the staff cares, and the overall vibes are positive.

I love the care the staff give to my son, they are all very attentive to his needs, especially since he has some medical needs. Everyone is always very friendly, and you can tell they love what they do. My son is always happy to go, and getting more comfortable everyday.

The staff are really helpful and friendly. The cleanliness of the facility. The curriculum for the children is really well done and hats off to the chef for a well balanced menu.
