We absolutely love Primrose! Every single staff member goes above and beyond to make sure that our daughter is taken care of, learning, and growing. You can’t ask for anything more than that. We are so lucky!

Primrose welcomed us in with open arms. Being first time parents we had some anxiety with sending our child to daycare. But the Primrose staff quickly eased those nerves and show us how much they truly care for our child every day.

We loved how attentive the teachers were. They created a positive and caring learning environment. The front office staff were also amazing. Greeeting us every morning and always had a smile on their face. They always communicated any issues that were needing to be addressed and have an open door policy. We are so sad our time is coming to a close here with our kiddo, but I will be highly recommending for years to come to everyone!

Great curriculum and teachers. My one comment would be for the director to announce, in an email or nice sign displayed on the door to the classroom, if a new teacher was hired for the room. For example, Miss Dede ( Misty) was hired for older infant which is exciting so let’s share this with the parents more about this new person that will be watching our kiddos. I had to ask her questions to get to know more about her. This will make the teacher feel welcomed and keep us parents informed who will be watching our babies.

We've had a great experience with Kali and the team. They have always helped immediately when we've had any concerns and our little really loves her teacher Mrs. Awilda (as do I).

I love getting the daily updates on the meals and lesson plans. It let's me know what studies to reinforce at home and guides me in what to fix for dinners so she gets good variety in her day. I also really appreciate the flexible drop off times.
