We love Primrose Novi and the welcoming, caring environment they provide for our son. Everyone has been friendly from the start, knows him personally, and keeps him active, engaged, and learning.
As a first-time mom, the app gives me peace of mind with personal updates and pictures throughout the day. Communication is excellent, whether through the app or personal calls regarding our son, and we truly appreciate the openness, honesty, and transparency.
We also enjoy the weekly family updates and activities. The curriculum is age-appropriate while encouraging curiosity and a love for learning. We’re very happy to have found such a wonderful environment for our son! ❤️

We love and trust Primrose schools and our experience with Primrose of Novi has been phenomenal! This is our second school due to a recent relocation and it was such an easy transition for our son to start with another Primrose. We love the activities and overall curriculum. The staff at Novi are amazing and compassionate. They’re very responsive and I truly feel they are partnering with us through our son’s development journey. I highly recommend Primrose franchise and especially Primrose of Novi!

Very much like to recommend this preschool. Teachers and administrators are very cooperative and supportive, helped my daughter to adjust for her first ever school experience and made her comfortable. She is very happy with school and teachers. Great with learning curricular and providing updates on all activities throughout the day with Procare app.
