Our daughter has attended this Primrose location since she was 6 months old, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. She absolutely loves her teachers and classmates, and it’s been wonderful to watch her learn and grow over the years. The staff is consistently warm, caring, and welcoming, and the curriculum is well-organized, age-appropriate, and engaging. We have always felt confident that she is in a safe, nurturing environment where she is truly cared for. We highly recommend Primrose Park Cities to any family looking for exceptional childcare and early education!

So many things. Below are a few. First, the staff is so caring and excited to see the little ones every day. It makes drop off so easy for the kids and parents. Second, the frequent updates about the kids days and pictures helps us feel connected. Third, the social and emotional skills taught to the kids have really helped as our oldest started kindergarten.

We love the teachers and front desk staff at Primrose. We know our daughter is in great hands! The Procare updates are very much appreciated; my daughter’s class is always doing fun/engaging activities (story time, arts & crafts, etc.) We also love that nutritious meals/snacks are provided

The staff and teachers are incredible. All of them are angels - especially Toddler 3 teachers. Everyone always has a smile on their face and are so loving to all of the kids. They truly love our kids and it shows!

We love Primrose Park Cities! The teachers are loving and do a great job interacting with parents and children. The leadership team is engaged and knows all the children by name. We have full confidence our children have the highest level of care when we are not with them, which is a gift!

Our family has loved our two years at Park Cities Primrose. The administration—especially Ms. Claudia—and every teacher we’ve had (now in our third classroom) have been exceptional. Ms. Claudia truly looks out for each child’s well-being; her thoughtful suggestion to move our daughter to an older toddler class made a remarkable difference in her development. The school is welcoming, responsive, and immaculately clean, with staff who know every family by name and communicate promptly. We’ve especially appreciated the meaningful events and celebrations that build such a strong community. As we prepare to leave this season, we are incredibly grateful for the positive academic and social growth we’ve seen in our daughter—it has truly been the best experience for our family.

We love the school. Teacher turnover has been higher than we have been accustomed too in the past but overall we have loved our now 10+ years with Primrose schools and Dr. Rigley.

From the very first day, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. They take the time to get to know each child and it really shows in the way our son has grown in confidence and happiness. The teachers and staff are excellent at what they do and always communicate clearly with us about his progress, daily activities, and any concerns. We always feel informed and involved. We are very grateful to have found such a supportive and nurturing preschool and would highly recommend it to other families.

Primrose has been excellent this past year. The teachers and staff are incredibly welcoming and take an interest in making the experience great for each student. It amazes me that they remember every kids name who walks into the school. They open early, stay open late; host great events; give ample notice in advance of holiday hours; and even offer babysitting once per month after hours. We are very please

We love how Collins looks forward to seeing her teachers and friends. She is welcomed every morning with smiles and excitement. I enjoy seeing all the fun things and learning activities she does throughout day. Thank you for the effort you put in towards our littles.
