What I’ve really liked about my experience at Primrose is that the teachers go above and beyond. They’re so thoughtful and knowledgeable, even down to being mindful about sensitive skin and caring for the little details. I also really appreciate the extra care they show when I pick up my children and see their hair neatly fixed. On top of that, the facility is always clean and well-maintained, which gives me great peace of mind.

Great school. Only deducting 1 point because of the amount of turnover lately from top to bottom/ getting the staffing right and that lag to get up to speed and find that new rhythm. But overall great place. The staff is great and I feel safe bringing my family here.

Turnover of experienced talent. There are some teachers that look like they don’t want to be there. Especially in Toddler 2, whenever I drop off she sitting on the floor looking blank and not attentive to the kids. Other newer teachers aren’t so great at controlling their classes. I’ve heard a newer teacher yelling at students out of frustration, while class still doesn’t listen. I put a 9, because the rooms my child is in the teachers are great. The newer teachers seemed to come as my child was ready to move to the next class. Also, the food is very nutritious, however there are a couple of dishes that seem less than desirable. Especially the red beans and rice with the carrots. Seems most kids in my kids class don’t eat it. So scrap that one maybe. Overall, Primrose structure is the best in the area, and is a safe clean place. With wonderful staff. I would just keep an eye on newer staff to ensure they embody that culture.

Primrose has taken care of all three of my kids for almost 10 years now. They enjoy the classrooms, the activities, the teachers, the food, and the time with their friends. I enjoy the communication and the stories I get to hear when they come home, and I appreciate getting to watch my kids learn and grow. Thank you for all that you do!

Teachers and administrators are all very sweet and patient. My daughter absolutely loves all of the people she interacts with and the little friends in her class.

Primrose has been there for all three of my kids for the last 10 years since each of them turned 1 year old. My kids learn so much here, and it is so helpful to me that my elementary kids get to do their homework in after school care.
