Primrose is awesome! The curriculum and staff allow for so much growth in the kids. While the price is a bit more steep than some other options, I am so glad we made the decision to go to Primrose. The development in my child is far beyond anything I can imagine and he enjoys going every day.

Everything. Staff are very nurturing and attentive to the kids. Communication with parents on any changes or events is very smooth. Knowing what’s going on with your child all day with the daily updates on care, milestones, activities anything, takes a lot of worry away. Thank you all for the amazing work you do in helping raise our children.

Our little guy is so loved by all of the staff there. It really gives me peace of mind about him being there while I’m working. He has also learned SO much in the time he has attended. All of the teachers and staff do an excellent job!

Great staff, great teachers! Everyone is so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable & kind. Safety is so important to me and they do a great job with keeping our kiddos safe. Both of my girls love going to school as they are busy all day long with fun, exciting activities all day. Love the tap & tumble options, too. My 4 year old just learned how to play chess! Love the curriculum and very happy here. Can’t speak highly enough of this school!

Everyone is so friendly and we are always greeted! We have been here since my daughter was in Pk1, and now is in 3rd grade attending the Explorers. Whenever we need to send a message, or have a change, the confirmation responses are very timely...almost immediate. Everyone is very accommodating to meeting our family's needs.

We have had a wonderful experience at Primrose so far! The directors are amazing — they listen, acknowledge your feelings, and take every concern seriously. Their communication and care makes a difference. My kids absolutely love going to school at Primrose, and it gives us so much peace knowing they are happy, supported, and excited to learn every day. Highly recommend!

We couldn’t be happier with our experience! From the very beginning, it was clear how much the staff genuinely care about each and every child. They take the time to really get to know the kids - their personalities, interests, and needs - and it shows in the way our child is supported and celebrated every day. The teachers and caregivers have built such strong, warm relationships with the children, and it truly feels like a second family. There’s always something fun and engaging going on… from art projects, outdoor play, learning activities, and special events that include both the kids and their families. It’s wonderful to feel so connected and involved in our child’s daycare experience. Most importantly, we know our child is in a safe, nurturing, and loving environment. Every morning drop-off feels easy because we trust that our little one is not only cared for but genuinely valued. We are so grateful to have found such an amazing place!

My son has been in three different classrooms and all of his teachers have become like extensions of our family. All of the staff are so incredibly kind and thoughtful. We don't have any family support, so having such caring and reliable people caring for our son is invaluable.

We absolutely love Primrose! The teachers truly care and the office staff is so friendly! From the moment you walk in you feel welcome. Our son has learned so much and his language is just exploding! We love the little things from happy grams (notes that come home), monthly bulletin boards, and monthly calendars. Our son struggled with after school activities so we loved that they offer huddle hoops and gymnastics during school hours! We have enjoyed the events as well: pumpkin patch, trunk or treat, and the spring carnival! We are so happy to be at primrose!

The Primrose Pickerington location listened very well to our feedback. We were originally concerned that the location did not provide enough proactive and reactive communication about their teacher movement, but after providing our two cents we have felt much more in the loop. My only additional feedback is that Primrose leadership needs to stay on top of their strategic partnerships. We have paid for two "add ons" and in both scenarios, during the first week, the partner forgot about our kid. This reflects them, but still, it is your decision to partner with them and therefore their mistakes still reflect on you. Thank you for listening!
