Primrose is an excellent choice for daycare. I’m so grateful that I found it for my baby girl. The teachers and staff love love love babies and I feel my daughter is so cared for by all. Everyone knows her name and says hi to her when we come in for the day and good bye when we leave. They are very familiar with my daughter’s day to day routine. We receive constant updates on the app throughout the day, and we often get “happy grams” and art work. My daughter is always happy upon pick up. I cried many tears leading up to our first day at Primrose, and I feel it was all for nothing. She is right at home ❤️

My son has been here since he was 3 months, I can tell you he never cried a day to stay. He loves it here, has so much fun and learns so much along the way. All the teachers are so loving and patient, and the leadership team is also amazing by helping us when we need and communicating with us all the time. I couldn't have better things to say about Primrose Plainfield.

We greatly appreciate the leadership team at Primrose Plainfield. They were quick to address concerns from our family regarding Procare outputs and helped us understand their position on current policies around drop-off.

The staff are welcoming and kind. The classrooms are clean and up to date, and the playground equipment is very nice. The little extras for Mother's Day, Father's Day, Graduation parties, etc are a very nice extra touch that makes Primrose special!

What we liked about our experience is that through the love and care of the school my son was able to grow out of his shell. He cried everyday at drop off for a long time when he started and eventually he grew to be comfortable and excited to be dropped off. He even wanted to go to school on the weekends. The teachers and staff have been wonderful, kind, compassionate, and caring. And as someone who didn’t want to do daycare and was scared that my child would not be treated correctly, they have gained my trust. So much so that my 4 month old daughter has also started at Primrose. Thank you Primrose for everything you’ve done for our family!

I’m very happy with my daughter’s school and truly appreciate the way the staff communicates and cares. We had a couple of moments where I needed support, and I felt listened to and respected. The team responded with understanding and professionalism, and everything was handled smoothly. Overall, the school provides a warm and positive environment. My daughter loves going to school every day, and that makes me feel confident and grateful as a parent. Thank you to everyone at the school for your dedication and kindness!
