We were new to the Dallas area when we began here and the staff has been amazing. We trust them with our kids and they are now a part of our family. Everyone greets you with a smile and it is such a positive experience for us and our kids. I highly recommend Primrose of Plano at Headquarters. You'll be in good hands with Mrs. Connell and the entire team.

I am so happy to have found a school with such great staff! The front staff is amazing! They are caring and supportive and that leadership/attitude carries over to the teachers and assistant teachers such as Mrs. Sam, Mrs. Rosa and Mrs. Gifty. I know my child is in good hands and can feel confident he is safe and happy when I drop him off. As a first time mom, I cannot ask for anything more than a staff who treats each child as their own. Highly recommend.

Primrose has been great for our son! They are so consistent and dedicated to what they do. He has learned so much, and has a great consistent routine. Plus he gets so excited each day to see his teachers. HQ always has awesome events for families and the school feels like a community.

I like how I receive constant updates and communicstion from teachers and the leadership team. I couldn't imagine sending my child anywhere else. Thank you HQ staff!

Our son has truly blossomed into an incredible little boy during his time at Primrose. The friendships he’s built and the learning he has done have amazed us. At three years old, he’s counting well, starting to spell, and loves reading. I love how the school doesn’t promote device usage during free time and always has optional sports programs going on. We love Primrose and know our son, and soon our daughter, love it too.

Every administrative staff member knows my child by name and they and all of her teachers have shown her so much love every step of the way. As a first time mom it was scary to leave my infant to the care of others but from day one they had my trust and my daughter is thriving.
