We have had a wonderful experience with Primrose School of Plano at Headquarters. Our son has been attending since he was just three months old, and we have been incredibly happy with the care, communication, and overall environment. The teachers and staff have been so welcoming and have genuinely made us feel comfortable knowing that he is in great hands each day. We have seen so much growth and development in our son since he started, and we truly appreciate the nurturing and engaging environment Primrose provides. The staff has always been professional, caring, and attentive to his individual needs. Our experience has been so positive that we have already decided to enroll our second son when he is ready to start in 2027. That says a lot about the trust and confidence we have in the school. We highly recommend Primrose School of Plano at Headquarters to any family looking for a safe, caring, and supportive place for their children!

There’s absolutely no doubt our son is loved and cared for - he loves school! He was also delayed with speech and some gross motor skill and even our speech therapist has recognized such a difference in the last few months. Primrose, Ms Rosa and the whole staff are such a blessing!

The teachers and administrators at Primrose at HQ really care about the students. When our child started Public School Kindergarten, she was very prepared academically and socially. The balance of play and structured learning helps to get kids ready for school and how to deal with challenges.

We were new to the Dallas area when we began here and the staff has been amazing. We trust them with our kids and they are now a part of our family. Everyone greets you with a smile and it is such a positive experience for us and our kids. I highly recommend Primrose of Plano at Headquarters. You'll be in good hands with Mrs. Connell and the entire team.

I am so happy to have found a school with such great staff! The front staff is amazing! They are caring and supportive and that leadership/attitude carries over to the teachers and assistant teachers such as Mrs. Sam, Mrs. Rosa and Mrs. Gifty. I know my child is in good hands and can feel confident he is safe and happy when I drop him off. As a first time mom, I cannot ask for anything more than a staff who treats each child as their own. Highly recommend.

Primrose has been great for our son! They are so consistent and dedicated to what they do. He has learned so much, and has a great consistent routine. Plus he gets so excited each day to see his teachers. HQ always has awesome events for families and the school feels like a community.

I like how I receive constant updates and communicstion from teachers and the leadership team. I couldn't imagine sending my child anywhere else. Thank you HQ staff!
