Every administrative staff member knows my child by name and they and all of her teachers have shown her so much love every step of the way. As a first time mom it was scary to leave my infant to the care of others but from day one they had my trust and my daughter is thriving.

The teachers, leadership team and facilities make it a very special place for our kids. I have no question as to whether my kids are in good hands. It is one less thing I have to worry about in my day to day as a working parent. I am very thankful for the team there.

The infant teachers are amazing! They are fantastic at communicating throughout the day on our little one. They let you know when you need to bring more wipes, diapers, change of clothes, etc. They also help recommend different things (i.e. size of diapers, or nipple for bottles), to make it a better experience for our infant. Cannot say enough great things about them. They put our mind at ease as a parent, knowing our son is safe, loved, and well-cared for

Wonderful! My son loves going to school and he has had amazing and loving teachers the past 3 years. Emily Connel is a great leader and makes sure the school is always beautiful and exciting for the little ones! Highly recommend!

We are currently in the Summer Adventure Club and could not be more pleased. Ms. Peyton & Ms. Sandy have been awesome! They are full of energy and kindness. They really love the kiddos. I feel happy with the decision for our son to stay with Primrose for their summer adventure club. Special shout out to the front office staff for always listening to concerns & questions. The open door policy does not go unnoticed. I appreciate you ladies!

We have had a fantastic experience at Primrose. From the front desk, to the teachers. My daughter can be slow to warm and she gets so excited to announce her favorite teachers names and run into their classrooms. They are all very attentive and caring and I’m so thankful for our time here!

So well run!! Teachers are experienced and great with the kids. Emphasis on learning with a calm culture leaning on solid structure. Facility is clean and maintains, food is excellent and thoughtful. My daughter loves and and feels loved.

We love our pre-K teachers, Ms. Khorrami and Mrs. Raji. Ms. Khorrami has been with the school since opening and is such a gem and asset to the whole school, providing a calm, loving, and understanding presence for our more reserved child. Mrs. Raji similarly appreciates and understands each child. They recognize strengths and teach to each child’s needs. The front staff communicates well and are very organized.

Staff, teachers, chef, experience, quality of lessons and the people that are there to provide a learning experience for my kids is AMAZING! The food they eat isn’t just nuggets and pizza. Chef Meisha is a true gem feeding our kids a variety of foods from different countries and I love that our kids are exposed to this! Staff are top notch, they make us feel like family and not just a number. The energy everyone gives at primrose HQ is kindness and love while prioritizing the kids safety. We have driven 200 miles each week for 2 years to attend this primrose for both of my kids and I recommend Primrose HQ to everyone I know!

Primrose School of Plano @ Headquarters is great. They genuinely care about the kids. They are the number 1 priority. Their care for the children is unmatched. We have been very fortunate to have found such a loving school for our son.

We have had a wonderful experience from the beginning to current date at Primrose Headquarters. Our daughter loves the program and teachers are so sweet to our precious girl. We have noticed an advancement in her understanding and education since our enrollment and are beyond appreciative to know our daughter is in great hands while we are working! Our shy kid has thrived at Primrose HQ. She is nearly reading, loves the science concepts, abs enjoys the music. She had made “best friends” and is more confident than before she attended Primrose.

Our experience for kindergarten has been wonderful. Mrs. Buhler takes the time to get to know the students. She keeps you informed on what is going on, what you need to work on with your kid and also offers where they are excelling. Her communication is wonderful. The office staff is wonderful. When you go to them with an issue or concern, they attack it head on. They work with you as a parent. Being a first time mom, you don't know what to expect. They really meet you where you are. That is important. Also, safety is #1 there. I feel a sense of safety every time we drop our son off. I highly recommend this facility for your little one. They will feel the love.

The teachers have been phenomenal and the front staff is very good at keeping parents updated. The curriculum is diverse and my child has grown and learned so much.
