Primrose School of Plano at Preston Meadow was truly a second family for Joseph. From the very beginning, we felt the warmth, care, and genuine affection of the teachers and staff. Joseph was never just another student — he was known, cared for, encouraged, and supported every day. The education he received there was extraordinary. Primrose gave him not only an excellent academic foundation, but also confidence, social skills, values, and the love of learning that will continue to support him throughout his life. We would like to give a very special recognition to Mrs. Stephanie, the Academic Director, whose dedication, professionalism, and genuine care for the children made a lasting impression on our family. We are also deeply grateful to Joseph’s wonderful Pathways teachers — Ms. Enereyda (Ms. E), Ms. Preetham, and Ms. Munira. Their patience, affection, dedication, and commitment to his development meant more to us than words can express. They were an important part of his daily life and helped create the strong educational and emotional foundation he carries with him today. As parents, there is nothing more valuable than knowing your child is in a place where he feels safe, loved, understood, and happy. That is exactly what Primrose at Preston Meadow gave Joseph. Thank you for being such an important part of his early years, for treating him like family, and for helping build the foundation for his future success. Primrose at Preston Meadow will always have a very special place in our family’s heart.

We love the support from the staff we get as soon as we walk in for drop off in the morning. We love the mixture of activities, special events for holidays supporting parents and grandparents, and all the little things that make school fun for us and the kids. Thank you for all that you do that we see and don't see. We appreciate all of it.

We absolutely love the school! They make sure we feel comfortable and safe leaving our son each day. My son’s joy seeing both the office staff and his teachers every day is evidence of his great treatment and a great choice in schools!

From the moment we stepped in the door at Primrose Preston Meadow, we felt comfortable and safe. Our daughter has been going there for nearly 2 years and started in the youngest infant room. With each classroom progression we have seen clear leaps in her ability to communicate, problem solve and play with her friends. The teachers and front office staff have always gone above & beyond in all that they do to make our experience the best it can be.

We have loved our experience with this daycare. Not only have our babies been loved and cared for but we have felt as if part of the family. Our babies are happy and excited to see their teachers and friends every day and each teacher, even ones we haven’t had yet, know our babies by face and name. Nothing more comforting than knowing our babies are in safe and loving hands!

We are so happy with our choice to send our child to Primrose Preston Meadow. Our son is thriving and absolutely loves going to school. The communication is excellent and I truly feel my child is loved and care for when he is at Primrose.

Friendly staff that seems to communicate better than previous leaders. It feels like the teachers know and care about my kids. I wish there was more specific feedback on each child during their day to day.
