As a mom, I just wanted to share how happy I am with our experience right now. Any concerns I’ve had in the past were taken seriously, and I truly feel like the leadership here listens and cares. Mrs. Dalia has gone above and beyond to support both the teachers and the kids. She’s been proactive, communicative, and genuinely committed to making sure things run smoothly. I’ve seen firsthand how much effort she puts into creating consistency and supporting families, and I’m incredibly grateful. My daughter is now fully potty trained, and having a consistent teacher in her room has made such a difference. Ms. Riyah deserves so much recognition — she really listened to what my daughter needed and has formed such a special bond with each of the kids. You can tell she truly cares, and that means everything as a parent. I’m such a happy mom when I think about our experience at Prestmont right now. My daughter is thriving, feels comfortable, and loves going to school — and honestly, I wouldn’t change a thing. THANK YOU PRESTMONT!

Can’t say enough great things about Dalia, Andria and Chelsey! We are always impressed with curriculum and what our daughter learned each day (love Yvonne). This is absolutely a school (for parents and kiddos), not a daycare. We made the best decision for our daughter when we enrolled her here as an infant almost four years ago!

The preschool teachers at Primrose Presmont are amazing. Their fun and educational curriculum helped my daughter learn so much. They took great care of our daughter and we are so thankful to have been a part of their class.

My son has been attending the Pre-K program at Primrose School of Prestmont since this summer. When we moved here from overseas, he didn’t speak any English and had a hard time opening up at first. The teachers worked with him patiently and wholeheartedly. Not only his homeroom teachers, but also teachers from other classrooms, the administrative staff, and even the chef who prepares the school meals remembered him and warmly reached out to him. His classmates also welcomed him with open arms. Thanks to this family-like atmosphere, he gradually opened his heart and now truly enjoys going to school every day. The balance between outdoor play and indoor activities is wonderful, and the seasonal events are celebrated school-wide, allowing children to experience the fun and excitement of an American early-childhood environment. I am confident that all the experiences he is having at Primrose will help him tremendously when he enters elementary school next year. Thank you always for everything you do!

Primrose at Prestmont has been very good for us, teachers and admins have been great support. Ky kid feels comfortable and safe going there. I see the child go to school happy and come back happy which makes it easy as parents.

Primrose is a great experience. Their love and attention is seen throughout the teachers and management. We have all learned so much, from the social skills, alphabet, numbers, you name it. Would definitely reccommend!!

From the very first day, we felt so welcomed at this school. With no family close by, the staff and community here have truly become our extended family. The teachers genuinely care about our children, not only about their education but also about their character and well-being. We love that Primrose continues to instill strong values, starting each day with the Pledge of Allegiance and prayer. We're so thankful to be a part of this amazing family at Primrose Prestmont!

The staff was very welcoming and always greeted us using our names. The curriculum is very structured and focused and I think the activities that my son got to experience on a daily basis were well put together! Even for the younger toddlers, the teachers aren't afraid to let the kids get their hands dirty and explore different things. The updates we get through the app are awesome to see throughout the day. It is clear he has learned a lot since being at Primrose!

I truly love the curriculum that Primrose offers, but what stands out even more is the warm, welcoming “family” feel at the Prestmont location. Dalia goes above and beyond to make every family feel seen, heard, and supported. She works tirelessly to ensure we have everything we need, and her presence makes a meaningful difference every day.

Milo is always happy to see his teachers and immediately goes to them when I drop him off. Photos are sent through the day, and communication is easy. Staff members are friendly.

Both my boys have been at Primrose of Prestmont, starting with my oldest at 9mos old- now 8yo, through to kinder. The level of care my boys have received is top notch, and they truly love their teachers! The mixture of play, education, and creativity in the classroom has helped them grown and develop into naturally inquisitive learners, which we are thrilled to witness. The platform of STEM woven through the curriculum has set both my children up for success entering primary school, which I don't believe they would have received the same level of exposure to elsewhere. The childcare industry has experienced many changes during our time at Primrose, but we have never felt that the standards have slipped, but rather they have raised the bar, to continue to provide exceptional childcare. Thank you Primrose of Prestmont and all the wonderful teachers who have touched my boys lives in the most loving and positive way!

My wife and I are incredibly thankful for Cooper's enrollment over the years at Primrose Prestmont, including this most recent year. No exaggeration, he LOVES his teacher (shoutout to Ms. Gabby, Ms. Daisy, and Ms. Alyza), and enjoys time with his many friends, so much so that he gets upset when he sees me at pickup! We've been a part of the Primrose Prestmont family for the last 3 years and we're thrilled with how Cooper has coming along throughout. We're unequivocally confident in his ability to take the next step to kindergarten in just a few short months, and we have all the staff and teachers at Primrose to thank for it!

We LOVE Ms. Andria, Mrs. Dalia and Mrs. Chelsey. They, along with the owners, are the reason we remain at this location. There has been quite a bit of turnover, which is tough on the kiddos and parents, but I know there’s an industry shortage. I also suspect management had to make tough decisions in the best interest of the children, resulting in some of the turnover. Hang on to the above three ladies as long as you can! Also, please note, my prior response with lower score and no feedback was in error…so sorry! This group knows I’m quite vocal with pros and cons, which is why you didn’t see the written feedback.
