Primrose School of Richardson has been wonderful for our family. Both of our girls started in the infant room and now our oldest is in Pre-K (youngest still in the toddler class). All of the teachers we've had take incredible care of the children and keep them engaged with a wonderful curriculum that provides so much enrichment. Both girls love going every day. The only opportunities I see for improvement are working to reduce teacher turnover and better communication between the office staff. Every single teach we've had has been incredible, I'd love to see them stay longer. Regarding the office staff, if we discuss something with one person in the office, it would be good if that's shared with other staff so we don't have to have redundant conversations.

We have absolutely loved our experience at Primrose for both of our children, Connor and Maggie. From the very beginning, the teachers and staff have created such a warm, welcoming, and nurturing environment that truly feels like an extension of our family. The level of care and intention that goes into the education is incredible. Our kids have not only learned academically but have grown socially, emotionally, and in confidence thanks to the thoughtful curriculum and the genuine investment the teachers make in each student. One thing that really stands out is the time and effort the entire team puts into events, campus activities, and creating meaningful experiences for the students and families. You can tell how much pride the staff takes in the school and how deeply they care about the children. We are so grateful for the relationships our family has built here and for the strong foundation Primrose has helped create for Connor and Maggie. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better early education experience.

We love Primrose so much. It makes us so happy that we found a school where we know our daughter is being cared for and loved on. The teachers are so great and always make sure to commuicate to us with updates, concerns, and celebrations of milestones that have been reached. We are so happy we chose Primserose Richardson

We love it here. I know my kids are loved on and cared for every day. My daughter loves every teacher and all of the office staff. She runs to them all for hugs every day. It gives me a lot of comfort to know that my children are happy and loved while they are away from me.

We have really enjoyed Primrose! Our little one has been going there since he was about 3 months old. We really feel like the teachers take a strong interest in his growth and development, often sharing details at drop off and getting excited along with us watching him grow. It has made the transition of starting daycare for our first born so much easier.

Overall, our experience at Primrose of Richardson has been really good. Both our girls love going to school everyday to see their friends and teachers. I like the curriculum, routine, and staff we currently have in place for both classes we're in. There was a time period previously where there seemed to be a lot of turnover in the teachers, but that seems to have settled down a bit and our girls are thriving.

We signed up to spend the summer at Primrose in the explorers program and have thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The explorers do exciting activities that my daughter looks forward to every day and she loves her teachers! It has been a great way to spend our summer!

We love Ms. Krystal. She is so great. As a first time Mom sending her kid to school it is so reassuring to have a teacher like Ms. Krystal to hand your baby off to. We also love the friendly atmosphere, the app with updates throughout the day, and the email communication.

The staff are all wonderful, feel the utmost confidence in their ability and the school curriculum. Facility is extremely well kept and all the updates provided are excellent. App is fantastic as well. Very happy with Primrose and our son loves going there

I am so impressed by how fast my child has been able to progress, not only academically but socially as well. I've seen vast improvements in her behavior and knowledge. Every day, I'm surprised by how much she retains and implements her new skills. We are happy to be a part of the Primrose family.

Primrose took care for our 3 boys in the last 10 years. They met all of their milestones, made many friends and were always happy to be there. The curriculum used fulfilled their love for learning and reading. Their love for books, hands on art activities and learning stations was a great foundation to their schooling. Thank you Primrose.
