I love the daily reports and pictures. The teachers always look like they have their classes under good control while doing a great job of teaching.

Both of our youngest boys have thrived and achieved many goals at Primrose school! We have absolutely loved and enjoyed every single teacher as well as their time and dedication to our children! The educational program has really benefited the boys educational foundation and upbringing!

We have always had a wonderful experience at Primrose. The staff is very helpful, accommodating, and friendly. Our family is always greeted with a smile when we walk in and our kids are so happy to see everyone. The teachers reactions to seeing our kids melts my heart every day and seeing how much attention and how much they are cared for and valued is why we continue to send our kids there as our family has grown. They are not afraid to call you with any questions or concerns. We have just truly enjoyed being apart of the primrose family.

Primrose is truly our kids' second family. We feel so fortunate to have them as part of our village. It’s amazing to watch our children thrive in such a nurturing environment. They feel completely secure here, not just with their teachers but also with the entire admin team. Everyone knows them, cares for them, and makes them feel special. Despite the many children enrolled, the admin team goes above and beyond to ensure each child feels valued, safe, and supported. We couldn’t be more grateful for the love and attention they provide!

It is run very well. Everyone is friendly and cares about the kids. The caretakers are more present and mindful of the kids than other facilities in the area.

Very experienced staff who we can trust and rely on. Detailed updates about the kiddo's daily activities with great pictures. Variety of academics and fun activities to keep the kids busy. The food options for differnt meals and snacks are very diverse and healthy.

Love the leadership and response to concerns. Appreciate the transparent approach. In addition, the leadership is mindful to maintain the quality of the teachers - many with degrees in early childhood education. Appreciate that front desk staff easily reachable and monitoring foot traffic continuously for safety of the kids.

Primrose School of Rochester has become our second family! Their unique curriculum offers exceptional academic guidance and their school philosophies provide social and emotional support for all students, their support is truly exceptional. They have been there for my family through tough times and I couldn’t be more grateful for the leadership team and amazing teaching staff!

We love Primrose. We love the teachers and staff! The only thing we would change would be to get rid of cookie Friday- the kiddos don't really need any more sugar.

We love a lot about Primrose, but one subtle thing is that the staff are retained so well and for so long, we love that our daughter can have the same loving teachers she knows well every day. At her previous preschool/daycare she had 4 different teachers in 8 weeks.
