We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Primrose School of Rochester. From the moment we walked in, we felt confident that we were placing our child in a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment. The staff are incredibly warm, professional, and genuinely invested in each child's development. The Balanced Learning curriculum is outstanding — it strikes the perfect balance between academics, play, and character development. Our child has grown leaps and bounds both socially and intellectually, and we’ve seen such a positive boost in confidence, curiosity, and kindness. The classrooms are always clean, organized, and welcoming, and the communication from the school is top-notch. We get regular updates, photos, and progress reports, which help us stay connected to our child’s day-to-day experiences. What really sets Primrose apart is the sense of community and care. The leadership team and teachers go above and beyond to know each family and support every child’s unique needs. We love feeling apart of the Primrose family! They greet everyone in the morning and use both the kids and parent’s names! They always pay special attention to our kids during drop-off and pick-up! We know our kids are learning so much and appreciate the care they provide! We love the additional family events around the holidays too! Primrose will always be such a special place for us and our growing babies!

The teachers legitimately love and care for our children. The lesson plans are well-structured. Both of our children always look forward to going to school. The teachers also keep us up to date of any aberrant behavior that needs to be addressed.

The teacher and staff are fantastic. Everyone there knows our kids’ names, even the ones who have moved on to elementary school, and it just feels like another family. The teachers truly care about our kids and we love that so much. Having our kids be at a place where the staff makes your kids feel truly cherished is so comforting. We’ve absolutely loved our experience at Primrose.

The staff and teachers are polite and friendly everyday of the week. The classrooms are structured and well organized while allowing for child creativity inside the structure. Vivienne is learning well and enjoys going to school everyday. Thanks Primrose!

Both of our youngest boys have thrived and achieved many goals at Primrose school! We have absolutely loved and enjoyed every single teacher as well as their time and dedication to our children! The educational program has really benefited the boys educational foundation and upbringing!

We have always had a wonderful experience at Primrose. The staff is very helpful, accommodating, and friendly. Our family is always greeted with a smile when we walk in and our kids are so happy to see everyone. The teachers reactions to seeing our kids melts my heart every day and seeing how much attention and how much they are cared for and valued is why we continue to send our kids there as our family has grown. They are not afraid to call you with any questions or concerns. We have just truly enjoyed being apart of the primrose family.

Primrose is truly our kids' second family. We feel so fortunate to have them as part of our village. It’s amazing to watch our children thrive in such a nurturing environment. They feel completely secure here, not just with their teachers but also with the entire admin team. Everyone knows them, cares for them, and makes them feel special. Despite the many children enrolled, the admin team goes above and beyond to ensure each child feels valued, safe, and supported. We couldn’t be more grateful for the love and attention they provide!

It is run very well. Everyone is friendly and cares about the kids. The caretakers are more present and mindful of the kids than other facilities in the area.

Very experienced staff who we can trust and rely on. Detailed updates about the kiddo's daily activities with great pictures. Variety of academics and fun activities to keep the kids busy. The food options for differnt meals and snacks are very diverse and healthy.
