Love: teachers and administrators are strong, kind, and truly educators warm, caring, communicative environment builds confidence and happiness quality of friendships and other considerate families Could improve: Teachers in close classrooms don't have great end of day updates on the kids at pickup because they have not been together all day. Usually ok but the Procare updates have been less frequent and personalized lately so we have less insight into their days Flexing teacher coverage has them bouncing around more than we originally planned and not sure it is to their benefit to be changing their routines so much Menu could use more fresh fruit; Please stop feeding toddlers soup. Tomato soup day ruins clothes and policy against techers using any stain treating spray in the classroom means we sacrifice that outfit There are lots of random dress days (wear colors, themes, socks, etc) but then those requests dont have any so what or payoff - old school used to do photos of them in the requested outfits at least or a themed book or activity so it made more sense. We participate so they wont be left out, but doesn't seem like it is necessary or we don't have insight into the why. It's a bit of an extra lift in planning with no clear payoff Activities are cute (photos with santa, Holi tees) but could use better communication and planning. Teachers do not have the plan from admins and we are all confused together where we should be and what is happening. For santa breakfast, opening the spare classroom with seating would have been a nice add

I’ve been genuinely impressed with Primrose from day one. This was our first daycare experience for our son, who started at 13 months in the infant room, and the transition was tough at first simply because everything was so new. The teachers and staff were incredibly thoughtful and attentive—they not only helped him adjust to new routines, but they also made sure we, as first-time daycare parents, felt supported and confident every step of the way. The educational experience has been exceptional. Now that he’s in the toddler room, he’s learning so much every day—from playing with friends to colors, shapes, songs, and more. He comes home happy, engaged, and proud of what he’s learned. We love getting updates through the app, but what means even more is seeing him show off new skills after school and even throughout the weekend. As someone who was very anxious about moving from a nanny to daycare—and who toured many different options—I truly couldn’t be happier with our choice. We have felt supported, welcomed, and cared for since the beginning. Primrose has given our family such peace of mind, and we’re so grateful to be part of this community!

Teachers care, the facility is great, food is provided, hours are very flexible. We love it. But dear God, it's expensive.

Our kids have been well taken care of, they enjoy school and their teachers! The curriculum is great for the kids development and they have a lot of fun in a safe and welcoming environment.

My wife and I live in Hingham and have two children at Primrose School of Rockland. My kids, aged 3 and 5, have very different personalities: Both are happy, thoughtful, and well-adjusted, but one is big, outgoing, and expressive; the other is more reserved, circumspect, and contemplative. Both of them have flourished at Primrose. They have both made big circles of the best and kindest friends. Our kids come running out of class every afternoon full of excited stores about new things they learned, built, and thought about that day. This is a place where education is taken seriously, and a love of learning is inculcated. My son, a precocious preschooler, currently reads on a third grade-level. He devours books at home. It isn't just that he's a smart kid; the anonymized test results for his class show remarkably outsized improvement for all of his classmates from the beginning to the end of the year. My kids (and my wife and I) have loved every one of their teachers, all of whom have been positively stellar. The administration is proactive, always available, and communicative. Classroom and playground facilities are new, clean, and well-maintained. We frequently recommend Primrose School of Rockland to fellow parents.

All of the teachers and administrative staff are wonderful! I have never had any communication issues and I have no concerns with my children during the day. They treat my girls like their own and the girls enjoy going every day. The school is also very clean and my toddler has advanced so quickly in her time here. I have nothing but positive things to say!

Primrose has done an amazing job with both of our boys in both of their classrooms (pre-school and infants). We would highly recommend Primrose to anyone on the South Shore based on our experience.

We love the teachers and management for their dedication to provide a holistic learning experience. The facility and services are excellent. Love the special gifts they make to surprise parents and activities we get to participate. We'll miss Primrose after being with them for over 2 years! One feedback is I'm hoping they could include healthier food options.

Primrose is extremely professional, clean, communicative, and caring. Everyone knows our children by name and our children truly light up when they see their teachers and are excited to attend each day. They have both learned so much in just one short month in the program. A perfect balance of warm and nurturing with educational and structured. The app and photos are excellent. I am thrilled to have found Primrose. Expensive but the value is there.

Everyone at Primrose is so wonderful! They really treat my daughter like she is their own. She is learning so much and I am truly pleased with her growth. The environment itself is clean and very well organized. The entire staff is very responsive to any questions and does whatever they can to ensure my child feels safe and at home. I look forward to my other daughter enrolling in the fall and seeing all she will accomplish. Thank you Primrose team!

Amazing teachers and curriculum. My daughter has a great time at PSOR. Clean facility and friendly staff.

Primrose has done a great job of developing my childs minds and capacities, nurturing her strengths, and preparing her with structured learning. She has never not wanted to go to school and even sometimes gets upset if I pick her up too early. The feedback has been clear and the facility is top notch.

My little guy is learning so much st Primtose. stage staff is excellent and caring. The ease of apps and the amount of pictures i get at work is amazing. I am so happy to have my child here.

child care, proactive communication, parents teacher connect, transparency, way of teaching,

The staff and teachers create such an inviting and caring environment. My daughter loves going to daycare everyday and we have the peace of mind that not only will she be well taken care of, but that she will also learn a lot while being there

The teachers and leadership team are great. They take the time to get to know our family and partner with us to navigate new experiences as our family grows.

Primrose school of Rockland was a blessing for our family at a time where we couldn't find a spot for our daughter in any other day cares. We have been with Primrose for over 2 years. The management and teachers are very friendly. As a parent I feel at ease to share any feedback with them. My daughter loves going to school. They have great curriculum, she is learning a lot. Bonus point they provide meals, I don't have to worry about packing lunch. 100% recommend.

We love everything about Primrose Rockland. The staff make such a great experience and environment for our kids. Can’t thank them enough for everything they’ve done for my boys :)
