We love the sense of community and family we have with all the staff. Everyone is always friendly and welcoming and our boys have learned so much in a short time. Our only concern is the recent turnaround of staff in some rooms and hope that settles down in the future.

We feel like part of the family at our Primrose! All 3 of my kids have attended Primrose of Rowlett and it breaks my heart that my youngest only has a few years left. We adore the staff and love how caring they have been to all 3 of my kids. We are forever grateful!

Primrose has given us a lot of reassurances early on and has followed through for months now. The app gives us information on how our baby is doing throughout the day so we feel very well informed. It's not easy choosing a daycare, but we feel very confident we made the right choice with Primrose. The staff is all very friendly and we feel as though they have taken a genuine interest and really pour love into our child. You all do an amazing job!

I am forever grateful for finding Primrose Rowlett (through some friends)! This is hands down the absolute best daycare ever. It's not really a daycare but a family instead. I have never once been concerned about my daughter's safety, care, or education since we've been here. They truly care about the children and the staff, and it is obvious and felt by those who have been part of this family. I tell everyone about this place who is looking for care in the Rowlett area. You will never find better.

Nearly everything. We have had both of our kids at Primrose Rowlett since they were 1 and a few months old, respectively - now 6 and 3, respectively. Wouldn’t have wanted to trust any other non-family or friends with their care.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Primrose School of Rowlett. From day one, the staff has been incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, which meant so much to us since this was our very first daycare experience. The school is always clean, organized, and well cared for, giving us peace of mind every single day. Most importantly, they have truly supported our daughter in coming out of her shell. We have seen her social skills and vocabulary absolutely explode in such a short time, and it’s been amazing to watch her grow in confidence. We are very happy and extremely pleased with Primrose Rowlett. We’re so grateful for the love and care they show our daughter every day!

The administrative staff and the teachers are all incredibly attentive and supportive. They all know our daughter's name, even the teachers she's never had. It is clear everyone is all on the same page and teachers respect the school leadership to ensure the best care for the students and support for the parents. The curriculum seems comprehensive and I'm glad to see my daughter engage positively with the lessons and activities.

From the day we began with our oldest at Primrose Rowlett, we’ve felt welcomed, respected and love. The Primrose team go above and beyond the make sure that all of our son’s needs are met and he is learning key life skills in a healthy happy environment. If anyone asks, I’d def recommend this program to anyone!
