Teachers and staff are great! I had provided some feedback during the last survey about how snow days were handled and during the last two I was very impressed to see a noticeable change change in approach.

The staff and teachers are excellent communicators. They are patient, enthusiastic, and truly want to create the best experience for the kids. The meals and snacks that are prepared are nutritious and tasty! The Procare app helps me follow along throughout the day and creates opportunities for me to ask my child questions about activities during school.

We love Primrose!! The teachers and directors are fantastic and my daughter learns so much. We really appreciate how friendly, welcoming, and inclusive the school is. We were a little disappointed that there was an extra fee for the fall festival this year. We didn’t stay because the per person fee didn’t seem worth it when compared to the trunk or treat options and food offerings. Even so, the school itself is great and we’re very happy to be a part of the Primrose family!

I truly appreciate the teachers and staff. I love being able to have open conversations, address any concerns, and always receive quick, thoughtful responses. It’s also wonderful to see that the staff turnover seems to have settled, which brings even more consistency and stability.

Everything! The teachers and staff are truly wonderful, the education my children are receiving is too notch and the friendship they have formed and social skills they have developed will be with them forever. We couldn’t love Primrose more and we recommend it to all our friends.

The staff is very accommodating and they all are extremely friendly. Our son has had some hiccups since before attending Primrose, and they have worked very closely with us to make sure our sons best interests were a top priority. Its very humbling to know that the entire staff is very mindful and caring off all the children at Primrose.
