The teachers are always very nice and courteous. I feel safe and have peace of mind leaving my kids at Primrose. The school is clean and neat. The classrooms are very vibrant and colourful and just portrays a place for children. Maybe the kids backpacks can be smaller also. I think most importantly the school has a coded door for security. That could be the deal breaker when looking for daycares for the kids.

We love how well Primrose works. The teachers are all friendly and welcoming. Very communicative and that’s a big plus. It was definitely the right move to have our son at primrose, it’s definitely made a better impact on him and he loves seeing his friends and talks about his teachers all the time. It makes us happy to see our little boy thriving and learning new things all the time and hearing about it from him when we pick him up.

Primrose School of Schertz provides a safe, nurturing, and fun environment. We've had a great experience in every classroom at every stage, from infant to Pre-K. I would recommend this school without hesitation!

The teachers are great with the kids. Especially when they are having a rough day or morning. The curriculum is great. My son comes home and tells me about the new things he has learned. I love that he can write his name and that they started that before pre-k. My son is in the transitional pre-k program and he is learning so much. He can recognize letters and numbers when we are driving around. The front office staff are wonderful and they great us each and every time we walk through the doors.

The teachers are great and always very communicative. They're very personable and easy to chat with. The classrooms and hallways are always clean. I also like the pictures being uploaded everyday. The kids are always happy coming home from school at Primrose. The receptionist is always there to answer questions the best they can. Management at the school is very responsive and always ready to answer questions. We love the little suprises they have once in a while at the reception for the kids or for the adults. It makes it very engaging. The one thing I remembered was the Thanksgiving breakfast that Primrose Schertz had last year. It was nice being in an informal setting with the director of the school. I enjoyed it and the food was good!

We've have had such a wonderful experience with Primrose! One of the things we really appreciate is the use of the ProCare app. It’s so helpful to get daily updates on our daughter's activities, including photos and notes about her day. It gives us such peace of mind to see what she’s up to and how she's doing throughout the day. The teachers are also fantastic. They’re always receptive to our questions and concerns, and we really value how proactive they are in keeping us informed. Whether it’s a new milestone or something to keep an eye on, they always make sure we’re in the loop. It’s clear they care deeply about the kids and work hard to create a supportive and communicative environment. We’re truly grateful to have found a place where our daughter is so well cared for and where we feel so connected to her day-to-day growth and experiences!

Marshall is loving his time at Primrose. We love Mrs. Shari, he is excited to move up to preschool. Thanks for all you do. And the meals!!! Marshall loves the meals!

So far it has been great! The teacher's and staff have been very accommodating. The only recommendation I would give is to have parents/teachers/staff wear shoe covers in the infant room since their are little ones crawling around in there all day.

My son attended here for pre-K and we were very happy with it. So now I chose to put him in the summer program and he is really liking that as well. The facility is always very clean also. And most of the staff is very friendly and professional
