I feel confident that my child is safe, well cared for, and supported in a nurturing and clean environment. I especially appreciate that the care extends beyond the basics, with engaging activities that help children learn, grow, and develop new skills. One of the things I value most is that, while no place is perfect, the team is always open to feedback and receptive to concerns. Whenever challenges arise, they are willing to listen, make adjustments, and work collaboratively to ensure the best outcome for my child and others. That level of partnership and commitment gives me confidence in the care they provide. I would highly recommend to all.

Love the staff and how they genuinely care about the kids. I can also see how the curriculum is enriching and having an impact on my child outside of the classroom, as I’ve seen her grow both academically and socially. The facility is also immaculate and welcoming.

We love everything about Primrose! This is our 3rd childcare facility we have tried and are in love and do not ever want to leave. All of the staff and teachers are beyond amazing and help make my child feel so loved and cared for.

The staff is very responsive and communicative. She seems to love her teachers and all of her friends. I also appreciate the updates on the app so I know what my daughter is learning in school and I can try to continue that education at home. She definitely seems more mentally challenged and engaged than at her previous daycare.

I absolutely love primrose for my children. The teachers are very attentive and go above and beyond to make sure everyone is included. The lunches are real food and are very diverse so my children are not eating the same things every day. I love the fact that there is a curriculum and my children are not just playing with toys all day.

They utilize multiple channels to keep parents in the loop: Procare App: Daily updates, photos, and messages make it easy to stay connected. Emails: Timely and informative, ensuring we never miss important announcements. Physical Calendar: A helpful visual tool for planning and staying aware of upcoming events. Monthly School Menu: Thoughtfully prepared and shared in advance, helping us know what our child is eating each day. I’m grateful for the transparency and dedication the Primrose team shows every day. It’s reassuring to know my child is in such good hands.
