We love everything about Primrose! This is our 3rd childcare facility we have tried and are in love and do not ever want to leave. All of the staff and teachers are beyond amazing and help make my child feel so loved and cared for.

The staff is very responsive and communicative. She seems to love her teachers and all of her friends. I also appreciate the updates on the app so I know what my daughter is learning in school and I can try to continue that education at home. She definitely seems more mentally challenged and engaged than at her previous daycare.

I absolutely love primrose for my children. The teachers are very attentive and go above and beyond to make sure everyone is included. The lunches are real food and are very diverse so my children are not eating the same things every day. I love the fact that there is a curriculum and my children are not just playing with toys all day.

The staff is caring, the environment is enriching, and my child has truly thrived. One of the standout aspects has been their exceptional communication with families. They utilize multiple channels to keep parents in the loop: Procare App: Daily updates, photos, and messages make it easy to stay connected. Emails: Timely and informative, ensuring we never miss important announcements. Physical Calendar: A helpful visual tool for planning and staying aware of upcoming events. Monthly School Menu: Thoughtfully prepared and shared in advance, helping us know what our child is eating each day. I’m grateful for the transparency and dedication the Primrose team shows every day. It’s reassuring to know my child is in such good hands.
