Our family has been part of the Primrose community since August 2017, starting with our firstborn. From the very beginning, it was clear that Primrose was more than just a school—it was the right place for our children to grow, learn, and thrive. In fact, we were so eager for our second child to begin their journey at Primrose that the front office knew before our own parents! Over the years, we’ve watched both of our children flourish—academically, socially, and emotionally—thanks to the caring teachers, structured curriculum, and engaging learning environment. With each passing year, our confidence in Primrose has only grown stronger. Whether it was early education, pre-K, or now our youngest’s kindergarten experience, the consistency in quality and dedication from the staff has been remarkable. For families looking for a school that truly nurtures academic growth, curiosity, and a love of learning, Smyrna Primrose West has been an incredible choice for us—year after year.

As a PSSW long time enrolled family with two kids going through the school we've seen the schools ups and downs (7 years). While there was a noticeable rocky start when ownership change of hands, there has been significant improvement in getting back to the Primrose standard. The Primrose curriculum feels back to being fully utilized and I have noticed significant learnings in my child to age appropriate learning and on par with other schools. Ms. Nash is the glue in which holds the school together, she deserves a retention bonus and more!

The preschool classroom has been amazing and we have noticed reduced turnover in teachers and are very pleased with the level of talent and professionalism in the current teachers & staff. The administrative team, especially Ms. Nash, is fantastic at addressing any concerns promptly and overall communication has been good. We truly feel the teachers care greatly for our daughter and she is receiving top notch education. We look forward to sending our newborn there this summer!

The Preschool room has been amazing and the administrative team is always so warm and responsive to parents! The turnover has decreased drastically and the teachers are all so warm & loving. You can tell the teachers & staff truly care about the students!

We have had the absolute pleasure of sending both of our daughters to Primrose School of Smyrna West, one for the past 2.5 years, and the other for the past year. Simply put, this school has exceeded every expectation we had when it comes to early childhood education. The environment is always spotless and inviting, which reflects the school's deep commitment to safety and hygiene. The staff is not only professional, but also incredibly warm and friendly, greeting every child and parent with a smile. The teachers are caring, thoughtful, and truly accommodating to each child’s individual needs. They create a nurturing and engaging atmosphere where our daughters have thrived both academically and socially. The food program deserves a special mention. It’s nutritious, well-balanced, and something our girls actually looked forward to every day. It’s clear the school invests in every detail to create a holistic, supportive experience for both children and families. The owner is phenomenal; hands-on, approachable, and clearly passionate about creating the best possible environment for the kids. His leadership sets the tone for the entire school, and it shows in everything from communication to curriculum to culture. The only reason we are leaving this amazing school is because we’re moving out of the area. If we could pick up Primrose of Smyrna West and bring it with us, we would in a heartbeat. We will always be grateful for the love, care, and growth our daughters experienced here. Truly, it’s the best school we could have ever hoped for.

My child and I absolutely LOVE our experience so far at Primrose West!! From the cheerful greetings each day by Ms. Odom and Ms. Nash to the hugs given on arrival from Ms. Harris and Ms. Parker to the warm greeting at pick-up from the afternoon teachers and staff, we are always welcome and sent home with a smile. The handwritten weekly notes and completed work being sent home are always a bonus to the experience as a parent and educator.

We absolutely love our school and the amazing teachers. Over the past eight months, our son has learned and grown so much—and he truly loves being at Primrose. On top of that, the leadership team was incredibly responsive when I shared a concern. They listened, took action right away, and implemented the suggestion. We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Primrose.

Teachers have been fantastic, especially Chapman, Rowan, Hester, and Rufus. School is open with communications and works with us when kids have challenges. Kids love going to school and have learned so much!

The family feel! We are so grateful to have picked this school for our daughter. The teachers are amazing, especially her lead teacher Mrs. Baldwin. Also Mrs. Lopez. Everyone is super welcoming and inviting. We love how the staff greets her daily. Also the constant updates, have eased our anxiety. We are thankful for Primrose West! Looking forward to our daughter achieving many more milestones here.
