Primrose of South Charlotte is amazing. The teachers are engaged, loving, and caring; the curriculum is structured but still allows for fun. Our pediatrician even mentioned how advanced his words were and we have our amazing teachers to thank for his incredible development. We're so thankful to be at Primrose!

we love miss beri and miss maxwell to the moon and back!

We feel so lucky to have found Primrose School of South Charlotte during the pandemic. Since then, we’ve been so impressed that we’ve made it a priority to ensure both of our daughters can attend. The staff is absolutely amazing—they are incredibly proactive and there is truly no problem they can't solve. They have done a phenomenal job teaching our girls, and the peace of mind we have knowing they are in such a nurturing, high-quality environment is priceless. We couldn't be happier!!!

I know that Primrose has been an integral part of my child's growth and development. The staff are beyond accommodating and the facility is top of the line, highly recommend!

We love all of the teachers at Primrose, the curriculum, the extremely caring and family-first staff at the school, and all of the opportunities for us to connect with the school, community, and other families via the many school held events. We also love that all of the staff are very attentive and update the Procare app constantly throughout the day. The updates, specific notes, and pictures make us feel extremely comfortable and happy that our son is being cared for so well. We love it here!

I feel so good about dropping my child off at school with the staff and teachers of Primrose.

I cannot say enough wonderful things! From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt welcomed and reassured that our children would be in great hands. The teachers are incredibly caring, patient, and attentive—they treat every child as if they were their own. My kids come home happy, excited, and always full of stories about what they learned and the fun activities they did. The classrooms are clean, bright, and organized, and the curriculum balances play, learning, and creativity perfectly. What stands out most is the genuine love and dedication the staff have for the children. Communication with parents is excellent—I always feel informed about my kids’ day and their progress. It gives me complete peace of mind knowing that they are safe, nurtured, and thriving in such a positive environment. If you are looking for a daycare where your child will grow, learn, and feel loved, I wholeheartedly recommend Primrose. They have truly been a blessing for our family!

The staff is truly amazing - teachers, admin, support staff, everyone! We appreciate the intentionality from all of you making a safe, loving, caring experience for our children.

The Primrose of South Charlotte staff is incredible. We've been there for 3 years now, with all three of our girls going through the program. We know the girls are getting the best education possible for their age, and are loved and taken care of by the staff.

When we decided to enroll our 3 year old daughter for the first time at a preschool, we as parents were very nervous and anxious. We already had a bad experience with another school and teachers 6 months ago which made things even more difficult for us. Our main concern was how our daughter was going to adjust to the teachers and new environment without us so before enrolling her at Primrose we requested a 1-1 meeting with her potential teachers. The admin was so understanding and accommodating, they set this up for us. The instant I met her teachers, I knew this was the school. Our daughter adjusted so well and so fast, we were surprised. The teachers spent that one on one time with her to make her feel safe and comfortable. They showered her with so much love and care, she would come home so happy and sing a song about her teachers (Ms.Berry and Ms. Maxwell). This was such a relief for us as parents since the last time we tried putting her in a school, it was such a bad experience that she would wake up middle of the night crying about her teachers. She was literally traumatized by them! So all I have to say is the leadership team and teachers are great here. They all are willing to work with you and your family to make this a positive experience for all. We love Primrose!

It's great that the app they use keeps me updated throughout the day. I love being able to see photos and videos of my child at school and to know what he is doing. The teachers are very friendly.

What I liked most about our experience at Primrose was the balance between nurturing care and structured learning. The curriculum was thoughtfully designed and developmentally appropriate, and I really appreciated the emphasis on character development and social-emotional skills. The teachers were caring, communicative, and genuinely invested in our child’s growth.

I like how much passion each of the different teachers have. I like the classes have a specific curriculum and teach the child different things and expose them to different crafts that allow them to grow. I appreciate all the different little meals and snacks they get throughout the day.

Teachers and curriculum are very important to the success of our children. We have been happy with more teachers assigned to our kids classes.

My children have absolutely loved their time at Primrose! From infants all the way through summer adventure club, we have had a wonderful experience with teachers and staff. :)

We've had such a good experience at the Primrose School of South Charlotte in the last year and a half since moving to the area from Florida. Our 2 youngest were enrolled in a Primrose in Florida and we knew we wanted to keep them in one even after moving. We actually pass other daycares on the way to Primrose and don't mind the extra drive! We've seen them both flourish both academically and personally since enrolling and know that my oldest will be more than ready for Kindergarten this fall thanks to Primrose and I know it will be the same for her little brother. The teachers, staff and environment are incredibly welcoming and I could not imagine putting my children anywhere else. I cannot wait for all the adventures ahead and know Primrose will have given my children a solid foundation for the near future and beyond.

quality education, nice facility

We love the concept and school. But multiple parents have shared our frustrations with all the school closures. When parents decide to sign their children up for a private school, it is most likely due to them working full time/ the added school closures without offering replacement weekend days or more often parents nights out, would be the only hesitation of recommending the school.

We are so thankful for our experience at Primrose School of South Charlotte. From the very beginning, we felt welcomed and supported. We are especially grateful to Mrs. Laffey and Ms. Batten for the incredible dedication, patience, and love they showed our son. When he first arrived, he didn’t speak English, and they went above and beyond to help him feel included and supported. They are true examples of professionals who love what they do, and it shows in every detail of their work. We also want to thank Mrs. Cabral, who, being Brazilian like us, played a special role in helping our son communicate when he needed extra support. Her presence made a big difference during this transition. To all the staff members — thank you for the kindness, care, and warmth you show every day. You have created a nurturing and welcoming environment, and we will always be grateful for everything you’ve done for our family.

We are very satisfied with Primrose. The care given to my kid was really appreciable. Food is awesome. Teachers are very kind to the children. Overall great experience in Primrose for both kids and parents.
