My son attends the South Gilbert location. Primrose is responsive and caring. They send pictures daily and they have a very sweet staff. I haven't personally experienced any issues and my son seems to really enjoy his time there and his teachers. Gives me a lot of confidence for when it comes time to send my second to preschool.

Primrose school of South Gilbert has a very kind, caring and nurturing environment for my kids. They know each child by their name and make sure that my kids always feel welcome and are well cared for. The teachers and staff are amazing! Primrose was the obvious choice after looking all the daycares in our area. It’s clear everyone who works there really cares and I never have any doubts about my son’s care after I drop him off which allows me to bring my full focus on work.

At Primrose South Gilbert, the staff take great care to connect with not just their students, but the families of students. My son enjoys coming to school every day. He’s always loved his teachers, even when he gets a new one. We enjoy and trust Primrose.

Primrose exceeds my expectations with communication, trust, and in the category of education for my child. Every week I can see my child's progress and how much he enjoys being there. I personally love how independent he is becoming. I also enjoy receiving all his art that he has created for us while he was there. If you are hesitant about putting your child is a daycare/ school look no further primrose is the right fit! Any concerns I do have or had we set up meetings and I was able to get all my questions answered. That is not something you can find at any instiution. Some schools will sugar coat situations to keep you there but here at Primrose they are straight forward so your child can grow and get the best education. The most important piece is that they care. I am very grateful for Emily, Robin, and all of my sons teachers that he has had throughout the last year and a half. They are incredible individuals and gave my son so much love so we are very grateful.

My son has attended Primrose since November 2024. We LOVE Primrose! The teachers are wonderful - kind, caring, and nurturing. They give thorough updates and take lots of photos throughout the day. The office staff is so friendly and welcoming. My 16-month-old son loves going to “school” and we know we’re leaving him in good hands. I would recommend Primrose to anyone and everyone!
