Most teachers and staff are very professional and good about giving feedback to parents, and showing care or consideration to kids especially during drop off, which can be hard. I appreciate teachers noticing when a kiddo is having a hard time saying goodbye and steps in to give a hug/hold so parent doesn't have to walk away from their child as they're standing there crying. :)
Everything! The staff is amazing, the academic programs are great, I really have nothing negative to say or can think of anything to change. They have been amazing and I'm so grateful to have gotten the opportunity to have my daughter enrolled there.
Staff is professional, takes initiative to support child during drop-off transition, exhibits confidence and patience with children/group even when high energy/distressing. All staff seem to develop familiarity with all children (calling/greeting child by name even if not their own student). Willingness to handle children individually (strategies for that unique child).
My kids love going to Primrose. In fact, sometimes my 2.5 year old daughter will cry heading home because she wants "to go back to school. I love my school!" As a full-time working mom, that is the very best thing to hear. It is clear that the teachers love and care for all kids at Primrose. The teachers, even if they do not work directly with my kids, know them by name and greet them warmly. Not only are they warm and welcoming, but they teach the kids valuable lessons and set healthy boundaries. If my toddler wants to climb on tables or doesn't want to take turns sharing toys, I can ask, "What would (teacher) say?" and she knows the best behavior option. It gives me peace of mind that similar values and lessons are being implemented at school, and we can work together to provide the best development.
My 8 month old gives the biggest smiles, squeals, and kicks when he sees his teachers at school. Although he can't talk yet, I think he clearly communicates that he feels comfortable and is excited to be with his teachers. I have no concerns for the safety, development, or enjoyment of both of my kids under Primrose care.
The staff is great and kind with the kids, we just had our first parent teacher meeting and they gave us great feedback. I like how they use the app to communicate instead of pen/paper like we had in the past with another provider. I like how they keep up with photos and sharing stories throughout the day. I appreciate how they respect the parent's time - there are less closures and "mandatory early pickups" than there were at our previous provider. To put it bluntly, us parents need to be at work in order to pay for the service so I feel that (at least so far in our short time here) this dynamic is respected properly.
I appreciate how organized Primrose administration is on a monthly basis. I know what events are going on for my son in advance that I can organize around my schedule. All the teachers and staff are so friendly, saying hello and remembering my son's name every time we walk in the door. I get updates regularly through the Procare app that allows me to see what all my son has done and the fun and educational activities he's participating in. It is such a great experience to leave my child with such great caregivers!
This is a great supportive community that cares about the kids SO much, it's obvious that all of the teachers and leadership in the center love what they do. We couldn't be happier.
Staff make the world of difference! The teachers are engaged in the children and their enrichment, they are cared for as individuals who are well known by all staff.
Fantastic transparency and care for my children. Always feel safe leaving my kids at school and I know they receiving both fantastic care and early education. Staff retention has been amazing. We have been seeing many of the same staff members for over 4 years.
Kelsey is an amazing Director! The staff is friendly and we’ve had a wonderful experience so far. I know that the logs are accurate regarding food and naps which is extremely helpful.
They have always been evolving and establishing new methods to help the learning process. The staff is very caring and engaging. They are always meeting and exceeding our expectations.
I really love the time your team works with each student and the curriculum that is taught is great. I have seen my grand son flourish since he has been attending this school.
