EVERYTHING! They truly made us feel like they cared and they listened! They really took the time to get to know our son and what he needed based off each growing moment! WE LOVE PRIMROSE!

We visited a dozen preschools before Primrose, but once we did we signed him up the same day. I have come to learn that all the staff is very caring, enjoys learning about the kids and family, and keeps us informed about our child’s development and behavior, what to practice at home and what they are doing to help at school. Thank you so much to all the staff who put your heart out and do what you all do!

Primrose South Plano has been our child's educational home since he was 4 months old. Now heading to elementary school, he is ready to take on this next stage of life. The Primrose teachers and staff have taught him so much on how to be kind, courteous, curious, and intelligent. He has been exposed to different learning methods and engagement opportunities that have benefitted him intellectually and emotionally. It has been the utmost pleasure having Primrose South Plano in our lives for many years. We are so lucky to have chosen this welcoming environment to help us in raising the next generation.

We've been a primrose family for about a year now! I cannot say enough great things about the team. From the front office staff to the teachers in rooms, they've all welcomed my son like one of their own! They go out of their way to greet, get to know, and love on the students. Would absolutely recommend Primrose South to any friends or family!

I wanted to share how much we absolutely love Primrose! Everyone on staff is so incredible, kind, and welcoming, which makes all the difference. Jojo genuinely loves going to school every day, and to me, that’s the best sign of a positive experience. I also love that everyone knows who we are—it truly feels like a family. Everyone is a part of my son's learning and care not just his teachers. From the moment he enters the building until he leaves for the day, he is a part of the family not just child number three in room five.

I LOVE the family my kids have created at primrose. Not only with the lifelong friends we have made. But with the teachers and staff. They have become women we truly love and will forever have close to our hearts. These women have raised our kids with us shaping them into the little humans they are becoming. We will forever be grateful for that.

From the day I walked in to get information on this facility every staff member has been friendly and always there if I had any questions. As a working single mom it was important to me to have an open and good line of communication with the staff. In just the first month here I noticed an amazing change in my child, happier, talking more and more social. I could not ask for more in a school/daycare for my child.

We have absolutely loved Primrose of South Plano. After having a not so great experience with my son’s first daycare we were nervous to try a new place. From the moment I toured I loved this school. They have been so welcoming and we really appreciated their organized structure and open communication. My son has flourished since being enrolled here and we could not be happier.
