My wife and I are very happy with Primrose School of South Plano. It has been a huge boon to have somewhere for our son to go each week day where he is safe, nurtured, entertained, and learning while we are each working at our jobs, and the friendliness, care, and congeniality of the staff has been impressive, as well.

Teachers genuinely care about the kids, curriculum is varied and keeps kids excited to go back, administrative staff is invested in every kid and their family, there is the right number of events for parents to participate in.

We have been really happy with our son's care at primrose. His teachers are awesome and kind. They communicate with us really well and I love getting so many pictures through the day.

Incredibly kind staff from the moment you walk in and say hi to the front staff to the minute you walk in the classroom. My daughter has grown immensely being at Primrose and it's clear the teachers and staff really value their role in student's lives. The communication to parents about events, sickness, etc. is also top-notch. We could not be happier with Primrose Plano!

Our granddaughter, Finley, has been at Primrose School of South Plano since she was in the Infant room, and now she’s thriving in the Toddler room. From the very beginning, we have loved the teachers and the classes. The staff is caring, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to creating a safe and nurturing environment for the children. The curriculum is engaging and age-appropriate, and we’ve seen significant growth in Finley's social, emotional, and academic skills. Communication with parents is excellent, and we always feel informed and involved. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and highly recommend Primrose School of South Plano to any family looking for a loving and educational environment for their child.

It has been a massive boon having our son, Wesley, at Primrose. As the parent that was previously working and caring for him simultaneously it has been a huge weight off my shoulders during the work day to know he is safe, well fed, cared for, engaged, and learning. I love the Procare app and the staff's dedication to documenting Wesley's activities and goings on. Huge shout out and thanks to all of the staff, especially Miss Christy, that have made the transition to his daycare era so easy on my wife and I.

We love primrose! I love that all of the teachers know who my child is, even those not in his class. I can see that the teachers truly care. The front desk staff is so friendly, helpful, and always willing to listen to any concern. My only suggestion generally is healthier snack options if possible. Meals are well balanced but sometimes snacks in between are fairly high in sugar.

My daughters had been assisting Primrose since they were 3 months old. They are 9 and 10 y/o old. Since day one, 10 years ago, I feel that they are safe and in good hands.

We love primrose! The teachers and staff are very interactive! All the activities are so fun. The retention for the staff is very high which was a big factor for us. We’ve had a great time having our kids here!

EVERYTHING! They truly made us feel like they cared and they listened! They really took the time to get to know our son and what he needed based off each growing moment! WE LOVE PRIMROSE!

We visited a dozen preschools before Primrose, but once we did we signed him up the same day. I have come to learn that all the staff is very caring, enjoys learning about the kids and family, and keeps us informed about our child’s development and behavior, what to practice at home and what they are doing to help at school. Thank you so much to all the staff who put your heart out and do what you all do!

Primrose South Plano has been our child's educational home since he was 4 months old. Now heading to elementary school, he is ready to take on this next stage of life. The Primrose teachers and staff have taught him so much on how to be kind, courteous, curious, and intelligent. He has been exposed to different learning methods and engagement opportunities that have benefitted him intellectually and emotionally. It has been the utmost pleasure having Primrose South Plano in our lives for many years. We are so lucky to have chosen this welcoming environment to help us in raising the next generation.

We've been a primrose family for about a year now! I cannot say enough great things about the team. From the front office staff to the teachers in rooms, they've all welcomed my son like one of their own! They go out of their way to greet, get to know, and love on the students. Would absolutely recommend Primrose South to any friends or family!

School is alwasy clean, staff always well dress and put together. Everyone is polite, and i am always getting updates on how my baby is doing. Love this place
