It's been clear from day 1 that both leadership and staff have taken a vested interest in ensuring our children's days are enriched with activities that help them learn, grow, and have fun. They treat our kids with the utmost respect and have built trust and an exceptional rapport with our family. Communication has been top notch and the thoughtful ways they have involved parents in activities like mystery reader, mother's and father's day events, and a graduation ceremony have shown their passion and commitment to creating an environment where the whole family can feel invested. We feel very fortunate to have been able to be a small part of the community they have built in such a short time since opening this Southeastern Ellicott City location. We will soon be departing Primrose as our kids head to kindergarten - a very bittersweet transition reflecting upon the contributions the team at Primrose have made toward their readiness for primary school. It will be difficult to not see their friendly faces every day.

We have seen our son grow into such an amazing toddler during his time with Primrose. He gets fantastic instruction and care from the teachers, which we have seen translated at home with his problem solving, communication and social skills.

Viral was very welcoming and seems very involved (everytime I come to the school, he’s there) the facility is very clean and inviting, diapers and bibs are included so it’s one less thing to worry about, and the teachers are so kind and know the little details about our daughter

The staff is always so friendly to everyone in the building, always a smile on. Everyone knows the all kids names regardless of whose class they are in. Feels very welcoming!

Very attentive and caring staff, not teachers and administrators. They really do prioritize the children and in addition, they do a great job with sanitizing the classrooms daily.

We switched to Primrose from another facility and we are very happy with the decision. Mornings are easier because they provide everything (lunch, snacks, even backpacks). We are always greeted by a friendly face and the teachers really help the kids adjust at drop off. In Preschool, they do a lot of organized small group activities and we are typically sent a picture and a description through the app throughout the day. Our Child has learnt a lot in a few short months. Management is very responsive to requests and does a great job with communicating to parents. They plan lots of events throughout the year like Trunk or treat and cookie Fridays(First Friday of the Month only). We love Primrose SE EC school. We would highly recommend.
